Objective:Detection of VEGF and MMP- 9 expression in oral squamous moss and oral squamous cell carcinoma, and to explore the expression of the relationship between cancerous oral squamous moss, analysis the correlation between them at the same time, to look forward to in the further research whether can through the VEGF and MMP- 9 test for early diagnosis of OLP canceration, so as to better guide clinical treatment. Methods:Using immunohistochemical staining(S-P method) detection of 11 cases of NOM, 18 cases of OLP and 35 cases of OSCC tissues VEGF and MMP- 9 expression, SPSS19.0 software is used to analyse the experimental results for data processing, is analyzed by chi-square test, the use of Spearman system of OLP and the correlation between VEGF and MMP- 9 in OSCC were analyzed, and further explore VEGF and correlation in the process of MMP- 9 in OLP canceration. Results:1. The VEGF in NOM organization without express or extremely low expression, in OLP and OSCC tissues can see the expression of different level.After statistics analysis, on the expression of VEGF, normal group compared with OLP and OSCC group were significant difference(P < 0.05), OSCC expression was significantly higher than that of OLP group(P < o. 05).2. MMP- 9 in NOM organization without express or extremely low expression, in OLP and OSCC tissues can see the expression of different level.After statistics analysis, on the expression of MMP- 9, normal group compared with OLP and OSCC group were significant difference(P < 0.05), OSCC expression was significantly higher than that of OLP group(P < o. 05).3. The VEGF expression and the expression of MMP- 9 was significantly positive correlation(p < 0.01), that is, both in OLP and expression level of OSCC tissues has a tendency to increase or decrease at the same time. Conclusion:1. The VEGF expression level was significantly higher in the OLP and OSCC tissues than NOM, and presents the tendency of gradually increased, prompt VEGF may be closely linked with OLP canceration.2. The MMP- 9 expression level was significantly higher in the OLP and OSCC tissues than NOM, and presents the tendency of gradually increased, prompt MMP- 9 may be closely linked with OLP canceration.3. VEGF and MMP- 9 in OLP and the role of the occurrence and development of OSCC exist significant correlation, MMP- 9 may participate in the VEGF in OLP lesions develop process of OSCC, both for synergy. |
