| Objective:To study the Clinical features and correlative factors of Parkinson’s disease patients with REM sleep behavior disorder, including general clinical data, motor symptoms, non-motor symptoms, related blood tests, effective doses and so on.Methods:71 patients with PD were included into this study, who visited the China and Japan union hospital of Jilin university during 2013 to2016. We recorded the patients’ demographics data including sex, age, literacy, and we also recorded the patients’ clinical data including onset age, disease course, onset type, motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms. they were divided into two groups(the RBD group contains 30 patients and non RBD group contains 41 patients)according to the RBD screening questionnaire(RBDQ-HK). Then the motor clinical symptoms were compared between PD patients with RBD and PD patients without RBD using Hoehn-yahr(H-Y) stage, and the non-motor symptoms were in comparison between PD patients with RBD and PD patients without RBD using Non-motor symptoms questionnaire(NMSQ). The cognitive impairments were compared using Montreal Cognitive Assessment(Mo CA). The professional neurologist completed all the evaluation processes. Andwe carried on the comparison using the statistical method. Results:The sex, literacy, onset age, onset type, motor clinical symptoms and related blood tests were showed no statistical significance between RBD group and non RBD group(P >0.05).The course of the disease, cognitive function, non-motor symptoms and effective doses in RBD group had statistical significance than the non RBD group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Compare to the PD patients without RBD, the disease course of PD patients with RBD is longer, the cognitive impairment is severer and they have more non-motor symptoms and need more effective doses of L-dopa. The disease courses and the cognitive impairments are the risk factors of PD patients suffer from RBD. |
