| Objeetive: Medical Independent college is a fresh medical education model in china. Because of it's Particularity, a new and stricter requirement of student's abilities is put forward .The Study of This paper is to explore the construction of the indicator systems of quality evaluation of Class-Teaching in a medical independent college and it's application. Understanding the influential factors of teaching quality objectively, improving the quality of teaching and management in medical independent college. Methods: 1) to solve the problem, our research was carried out based on the facts documents, student symposium and teaching practice. An indicator system of quality evaluation of medical students was drafted in order to identify the method, goal and content of the research; 2)the above mentioned indicator system was revised and perfected through 2 rounds of consultation by 27 experts with methods of work breakdown structure, classification & combination, analytical hierarchy process(AHP), and expert ordering; 3) A related quality evaluation scale was finally designed to apply to the teaching practice. With the established fussy mathematics model, the data received in evaluation were summarized, and the reliability of evaluation result and the concordance within indicators were tested. Results: This research provides two sets of indicator systems of quality evaluation of Class-Teaching in a medical independent college. Two sets of indicator systems include 5 first-level indicators of teaching manner, teaching goal, teaching content, emotion and values and teaching effect. It also includes 17 second-level indicators. The standard deviation of all indicators<1, The coefficient of variation<0.2, Portfolio weighting coefficients>0.02,it reflects the weight of system is good. The Kendall concordance coefficient of indicator student and expert/teacher system are 0.9017 and 0.9316, Cranach's coefficient alpha are 0.8068 and 0.8366.It reflects we can accept the reliability and Internal consistency of indicator system. Conclusions: 1) our research had established 2 sets of evaluation indicator system of teaching for expert/teacher, student use respectively, providing an advanced and pragmatic evaluation tool for the teaching in a medical independent college .The 2 sets of evaluation indicator systems were proved to be scientific in application; 2) the weights of different levels of indicator were determined. They were good reflections of teaching, which ensured the accuracy of the evaluation results; 3) a corresponding quality evaluation scale was then designed according to the indicator systems . The scale was highly workable and could be accepted by teachers, students and experts in the practice; 4) build up the assessment information and the mathematic mode in all, which make sure the acuity of the result of the assessment. |
