The SPSS 21.0 software was used to analyze the data which were checked and cleansed. Measurement data were described by mean and standard deviation, comparison among groups used the t test; attribute data were described by constituent ratio or rate, comparison among groups used the X2 test; and the influencing factors of threatened abortion were analyzed by single factor and multiple factor Logistics regression analysis.Results(1) This survey actually completed 222 cases of valid questionnaires; the effective rate was 94.87%. The incidence rate of threatened abortion of pregnant women was 21.17%, and the incidence of threatened abortion among different family per capita monthly income and marital status was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) Single factor analysis showed that, for the social demography, maternal family per capita monthly income, marital status and the main residence type; for the motherhood and family history, times of pregnancy, history of abnormal pregnancy, history of spontaneous abortion, mother’s history of abnormal pregnancy; for the health care before pregnancy, being overweight or obese, suffering from diseases or gynecological diseases and using medicine before pregnant were associated with threatened abortion(P<0.10). Having history of spontaneous abortion, being overweight or obese pre pregnancy, with gynecological diseases before pregnancy and with disease within a year before pregnancy were the risk factors of threatened abortion. The incidence rate of complications in the pregnant women who were attacked by threatened abortion may be higher, and the health of the newborn of theirs may be worse than that of the non threatened abortion. To take nursing intervention for pregnant women to prevent the occurrence of threatened abortion, to take special care for pregnant women who had threatened abortion and continued can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the health of newborns.
