Objective: through the analysis of the age of patients with kidney deficiency type early threatened abortion, menstrual history, history of maternal serum hormone(human chorionic gonadotropin, estradiol, progesterone),fetus gestational age for the first time, and presence of pregnancy and other related factors and the correlation of fetus outcome, predicting pregnancy outcome in clinic and put forward a better prevention and treatment, offer reference to improve the clinical success rate of fetus. Methods: The original medical records were reviewed through the electronic medical record system in the gynecological ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020.By into, out, out standard to determine the research object, the effective data entry to a database of Excel table in medical record system, including: name, age, fetus outcome, menstrual conditions, history of maternal and fetus gestational age for the first time, with or without pregnancy(cure not ill),serum hormones(human chorionic gonadotropin, estradiol, progesterone)and other related information. Results: 1.In this study, there were 123 patients with early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type,102 cases of pregnancy continued, accounting for 82.9%,and 21 cases of pregnancy failure, accounting for 17.1%.2.In this study, the average age of pregnancy continuation group was lower than that of pregnancy failure group in 123 patients with early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type(P < 0.05),and the pregnancy failure rate was significantly higher in patients over 35 years old(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in menstrual cycle and menstrual volume between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.In this study, among 123 patients with early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type, there were statistically significant differences in the number of previous spontaneous abortion, induced abortion and medical abortion between the pregnancy continuation group and the pregnancy failure group(P < 0.05).With the increase of The Times of induced abortion and drug abortion, the pregnancy success rate of patients decreased gradually. When the number of previous induced abortion and drug abortion≥3 times, the pregnancy failure rate was significantly higher. With the increase of the number of spontaneous abortion, the pregnancy continuation rate decreased gradually. When the number of spontaneous abortion ≥3,the pregnancy failure rate increased significantly. There was no significant effect on the outcome of pregnancy and delivery in 2 groups(P> 0.05).4.In this study, the levels of serum E2,P and β-HCG in the continuing pregnancy group were higher than those in the pregnancy failure group in123 cases of early threatened abortion with kidney deficiency. Two groups of patients at 5 ~ 10 weeks serum estradiol(E2)levels differences statistically significant(P < 0.05),two groups of patients with pregnant5,7,8,9,10 weeks serum progesterone(P)level differences statistically significant(P < 0.05),two groups of patients at 6~10 weeks of serum human chorionic gonadotropin(beta HCG)level differences have statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.In this study, there were 123 cases of early threatened abortion with kidney deficiency type, whether there was conditioning before pregnancy(treatment without disease)had influence on the outcome of fetal safety(P < 0.05);The gestational age of the first trimester had no effect on the outcome of the trimester, and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Age is an important factor affecting the outcome of fetal safety in patients with early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type. The success rate of pregnancy decreases with age.2.The number of previous induced abortion, medical abortion and spontaneous abortion had an impact on the outcome of the fetus, and with the increase of the number of abortions, the success rate of pregnancy decreased.3.The dynamic changes of serum β-HCG in early pregnancy can predict the pregnancy outcome, and the combined monitoring of serum β-HCG,E2 and P levels is of great value for clinical guidance.4.Pre-pregnancy conditioning is the embodiment of the idea of nondisease treatment. For patients with early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type,pre-pregnancy conditioning or early post-pregnancy treatment can improve the success rate of fetal protection.
