Objective:Comparative the value of combining contrast-enhanced Doppler ultrasound with Linden blood flow signal evaluation system versus PDI for prostate cancer detection. Methods: 69 cases of suspected prostate cancer patients were examined by transrectal ultrasound, and then checked the suspected lesions by PDI and contrast-enhanced Doppler transrectal ultrasound, observed blood flow signal intensity and distribution of the lesion areas, judged the nature of lesions by Linden blood flow signal evaluation system, compared the results of diagnostic methods with prostate biopsy,.and drew ROC curve. Results: Prostate cancer diagnosed by PDI-TRUS sensitivity 62.5%, specificity 75.7%, positive predictive value 69.0%, negative predictive value 84.2%, the misdiagnosis rate 24.3%,and missed diagnosis 37.5%,ROC curve under area was 0.698,diagnostic accuracy is poor. Prostate cancer diagnosed by CDE-TRUS sensitivity 81.2% and specificity 86.5%, positive predictive value 83.9%, negative predictive value84.2%, the misdiagnosis rate 13.5%, missed diagnosis 18.8%,ROC curve under area was 0.885,diagnostic accuracy is better. Conclusion: CED-TRUS combined with Linden blood flow signal evaluation system improves the diagnostic accuracy of prostate cancer, had higher diagnostic value. |
