Objective: To investigate the correlation between transrectal two-dimensional ultrasound calcification signs, color Doppler blood flow parameters, and contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters with bone metastases of prostate cancer. Methods: The clinical and radiological data of 117 patients diagnosed with prostate cancer from the Urology Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital from September 2017 to January 2020 were collected and compared. The prostate cancer bone metastasis(BM)group and non-bone metastasis(NBM)group Differences in two-dimensional ultrasound calcification signs, color Doppler flow parameters, and contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters of the transrectal prostate.Results:(1)Bone metastasis occurred in 49 cases of 117 patients with prostate cancer,68 cases of non-bone metastases, and 72.6% of prostate echo showed heterogeneous hypoechoic. There was no difference between prostate volume bone metastasis group and non-bone metastasis group(P> 0.05).(2)Serum TPSA and f PSA in patients with prostate cancer bone metastasis group were higher than those in non-bone metastasis group(P <0.001);as the Gleason score increased, the proportion of bone metastasis group increased(P <0.05),69.4%(34/49))Patients with bone metastases were concentrated in grades 4-5,while 70.6%(48/68)of patients without bone metastases were concentrated in grades 1-3(P = 0.002).(3)The total rectal ultrasound detection rate of prostate calcification in prostate cancer patients was 77.8%,and 42.9%(21/49)of patients with microcalcification in the bone metastasis group were higher than 11.8%(8/68)of patients without bone metastasis(P = 0.001).;The number of calcifications in bone metastasis group ?20 patients accounted for 60.0%(24/40)higher than that of non-bone metastasis group(27.5%(14/51)(P = 0.001);the proportion of calcification diameter ?1mm in bone metastasis group was higher than non In the bone metastasis group, the proportion of calcification diameter ?2mm was lower than that in the non-bone metastasis group(P <0.05);the area of calcification in the bone metastasis group was higher than that in the non-bone metastasis group(P = 0.002).(4)The color flow Doppler ultrasound flow parameters RI and S / D in prostate cancer bone metastasis group were higher than those in non-bone metastasis group(P <0.05).(5)Contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters PI and AUC of prostate cancer bone metastasis group were higher than those of non-bone metastasis group(P <0.05).(6)With the increase of Gleason score, the proportion of bone metastasis in the microcalcification group increased,85.7%(18/21)concentrated on Gleason score 4-5(P =0.008).Conclusion: Transrectal two-dimensional ultrasound microcalcification of prostate cancer, color Doppler flow parameters, and contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters have certain correlation with bone metastases.Patients with bone metastases with microcalcifications have higher Gleason scores and increase targets at prostate microcalcification It is easier to obtain high-level prostate cancer histopathological specimens from puncture materials, which provides more valuable information for clinical judgment and discovery of bone metastases.
