Clinieal Effieacy Of HuaBan Decoction In The Treatment Of Erythema Of Systemic LuPus Erythematosus

Objective:Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect HuaBan decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of Erythema of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), To investigate the therapeutic effect and the analysis of its application.Methods:Select the Department has 15 cases of SLE patients with complete medic al records. Maintain the use of drugs and dosage of before admission of prednisone an d hydroxychloroquine, combined with TCM huaban decoction. Huaban decoction wit h heat clearing and detoxifying, liangxuehuaban for treatment, on the basis of this, wit h the addition and subtraction permits. Affiliated to Chengdu University of Traditiona 1 Chinese Medicine from grasping, frying, one dose daily, continuous use. Monthly vi sit, observe and record the symptoms change, integration of illness and laboratory ind exes, the observation lasted 3 months, using the SPSS 17.0 statistical software, statistic al analysis was performed on the integral, laboratory index, the treatment efficiency of statistics.Results:1. Disease curative effect:HuaBan decoction combined with western medicine treat ment,15 cases in 8 cases markedly effective, effective 5 cases, invalid 2 cases, the tot al efficiency of 86.7%.2. TCM syndrome curative effect after the treatment of noxious heat type:the contro 1 rate of 66.7%, higher than the other two types, there were no significant differences i n efficacy between each type of syndrome (P>0.05).3. SLEDAI scores were compared before treatment:(12.04±3.67), after treatment (3.91±1.29), there is significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.05).4. Comparison of erythema characteristics quantified score:before treatment (11.41 ±4.09), after treatment (3.19±1.20), there was significant difference in the compariso n (P<0.01).5. Comparison of the treatment of early stage lesions improvement ratio and average days for improvement:erythema, livedo reticularis, subcutaneous hemorrhage and the effect of oral ulcer is better, and the average improvement in short days, but the curati ve effect to the Raynaud’s phenomenon and pernio lesions is not obvious, and the aver age improvement in long time.6. Immunological indices and ESR changes:the titer of ds-DNA decreased significa ntly (<1:20) in 12 cases, titres decreased (>1:20) in 3 cases, after the treatment of co mplement C3, C4 increased significantly (P<0.05), IgG decreased significantly (P<0. 05), ESR significantly decreased (P<0.01).7. Hormone usage:13 patients reduced to maintain long-term 5mg,2 cases of recurr ence, the treatment and long-term small dose reduction to maintain significant effect o n hormone withdrawal.Conelusion:Effect of HuaBan decoction combined with western medicine therapy for systemic lupus erythematosus is superior to simple western medicine to reduce the use of SLEDAI and systemic integration in improving the clinical symptoms, improv e immunity, abnormal inflammatory indicators index, etc. the curative effect is remark able, and the promotion of glucocorticoid withdrawal.
