Randomized, Controlled Clinical Trials Study On Yangxueyufeng Granules In Treating Valvlar Dystrophy (Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:To Systematically evaluate the clinical safety and efficacy of yangxueyufeng Granules in treating Vulvar dystrophy (liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome).For making the Yangxueyufeng Granules hospital preparation to provide clinical basis,To provide a new treatment method for the traditional Chinese medicine in treating the disease.Methods:Bying a single center, randomized and parallel controlled trial,collected 188 patients which met Vulvae malnutrition diagnostic criteria,Liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical criteria and inclusion criteria in Gynecology clinic of Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of T.C.M,From February 2013 to January 2015,randomized into treatment group and control group.For the treatment group patients,to give oral Yangxueyufeng Granules which Provided by the pharmacy department of Chengdu university of TCM,three times a day,and to give foundation treatment.The foundation treatment including pifukang lotion and astragalus frost.Select 20 ml pifukang lotion according 1:10 scale against the into the boiling water,fumigating and soaking vulvae 30 minutes a night. After put astragalus frost evenly in-unction affected area and press gently knead until transmit-ion. The control group Patients were taken foundation treatment.4-week course of treatment, after three courses of observations.Observation of TCM symptoms, vulva itch, scope of vulvar skin loss, vulva pigment integral index.To Systematically evaluate the clinical safety and efficacy of yangxueyufeng Granules in treating Vulvar dystrophy (liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome).Results:(1) Statistics show that there are differences (P<0.05) in TCM syndrome integral, vulva itch, vulva pigment loss integral by the comparison between groups.but the treatment group is better than the control group.(2) Vulvar lesion range integral comparison:Only treatment group at 12 weeks after treatment than before treatment (P< 0.05), The treatment group is better than that of control group.(3) vulva pigment loss points to improve:at the beginning of the 8 weeks, the treatment group compared with control group with significant difference (P< 0.05), The treatment group is better than that of control group.(4) Comprehensive curative effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 91.3%, the control group is 59.3%, there is significant differences between then(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1) Yangxueyufeng Granules in the treatment of Vulvar dystrophy (liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome) has a significant clinical efficacy, can significantly improve patients with vulva itch and related symptoms in TCM, vulva local disfiguring skin mucous membrane returned to normal, soften skin layer, elastic recovery.(2)The clinical application of Yangxueyufeng Granules is safe and effective, no obvious adverse reactions were found,suitable for clinical popularization.
