Clinical Study On Gengnianfang In The Treatment Of Menopausal Syndrome With Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Gengnianfang in the treatment of menopausal syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency.Method: 84 patients with liver-kidney-yin deficiency type menopausal syndrome were selected from the gynaecological clinic of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.42 cases,two groups of patients' age,course of the disease,illness,marriage,culture degree,occupation,comparative differences had no statistical significance.The treatment group were given oral Gengnianfang granules,In the control group,The control groupwere given to Kunbao Pills.Three courses of medication were given.The improvement of disease degree,comprehensive curative effect,total and single points of improved Kupperman,total and single points of TCM syndromes,and safety were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:(1)The comparison of condition improvement:two groups of comparison,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of condition improvement.(2)The comprehensive efficacy comparison: the effective rate of the treatment group was 97.30%,and the effective rate of the control group was 73.68%.two groups of comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the comprehensive effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)The total score of modified Kupperman was compared: The total scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two group could improve the total score of the improved Kupperman;the total score after treatment in the treatment group was11.05�8.86,and the total score after treatment in the control group was 20.92�13.18.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),This indicates that the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving the improved Kupperman.(4)Improved Kupperman single-point score comparison: The scores of the two groups decreased after treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the Kupperman scores were improved in both the treatment group and the control group;The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group are better than the control group in headache,feeling Abnormal,dizziness,irritability,muscle and joint pain,insomnia,depression and urinary symptoms.(5)The total scores of the two groups of syndromes were compared:The total scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two group could improve the total score of the improved TCM syndrome;The total score after treatment in the treatment group was8.19�6.43,and the total score after treatment in the control group was 13.74�8.22.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group is superior to the control group in TCM syndrome;(6)Comparison of single symptoms of TCM syndromes between the two groups: The effective rate of each single symptom in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the heat and sweat,the irritability,the heart and the heart,the dry mouth,the constipation,the insomnia,the back and back,the dizziness and the tinnitus.(7)Safety: During the treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in two groups,indicating that the two groups of drugs are safe.Conclusion: Gengnianfang has obvious effects in the treatment of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,TCM symptom score in patients with menopause syndrome of liver-kidney Yin deficiency,it is safety.
