Experimental Objective:Study the effect of yangxueyufeng granules on blood deficiency mice model, itching Guinea pig model and granuloma rat model respectively, and then explore the tonify blood, anti-itch, anti-inflammatory efficacy and mechanism of it.Experimental Methods:1.Make blood deficiency mouse model by hydracetin, and intervene the model by the different doses yangxueyufeng granules, the1st positive control group (the moistening itching capsules),the2nd positive control group(Si Wu cream), and then observe the effect of several treatment group on blood deficiency mouse model. Check routine blood indicators of mouse model, select the number of red blood cells to statistical analysis, to determine whether successful modeling. At the same time, analysis and compare the changes of hemoglobin and white blood cells, observe the mouse model’s state of living, record and analyze liver and spleen organ coefficient of each group.2. Make itching Guinea pig model by histamine phosphate, and intervene the model by the different doses yangxueyufeng granules, the1st positive control group (the moistening itching capsules),the2nd positive control group(chlorpheniramine), and then observe the effect of several treatment group on itching Guinea pig model. Record and analyze the dose of histamine cause itch.3. Make granuloma rat model by implant plastic rings, and intervene the model by the different doses yangxueyufeng granules, the positive control group (the moistening itching capsules), and then observe the effect of several treatment group on granuloma rat model. Record and analyze granuloma weight, calculated granuloma inhibition rate of each group.Experimental result:1. The influence of red blood cells, hemoglobin, and white blood cell on the blood deficiency mice model The result of red blood cells and hemoglobin shows:model group and control group have high significant difference (P<0.01). The treatment group compared with model group have significant difference (P<0.05). The result of white blood cells shows: each group of white blood cells was not statistically significant.2. The influence of general living conditions on the blood deficiency mice model The difference dose of yangxueyufeng granules and Si Wu cream groups could improve the activity, food intake and fur and nails color of blood deficiency mice model.3. The influence of liver and spleen organ coefficient on the blood deficiency mice modelThe treatment group compared with model group have high significant difference (P <0.01).4. The influence of histamine phosphate dose cause itch on itching Guinea pig model Model group and control group have significant difference (P<0.05). Low-dose yangxueyufeng granules group and the moistening itching capsules group have significant difference. Other groups have no statistically significant.5. The influence of granuloma inhibition rate on granuloma rat modelThe granuloma weight of treatment group compared with model group have significant difference, compared with positive control group (the moistening itching capsules) have significant difference.Experimental conclusion:1. All treatment groups could increase the red blood cells and hemoglobin in different degrees. High-dose yangxueyufeng granules group and Si Wu cream group have no significant difference. Yangxueyufeng granules group and Si Wu cream group could improve the living station of blood deficiency mice. All treatment groups could increase the liver and spleen organ coefficient of the blood deficiency mice model. All groups have no significant difference on white blood cells. The above results show the yangxueyufeng granules have a certain degree effect in tonify blood.2. All treatment groups could improve the histamine phosphate dose cause itch on itching Guinea pig model. Chlorpheniramine group have best improvement, the improvement of low-dose yangxueyufeng granules group is better than the moistening itching capsules group. High and middle-dose yangxueyufeng granules group and the moistening itching capsules group have no significant difference. The above results show the yangxueyufeng granules have a certain degree effect in relieve itching.3. All treatment groups could inhibit the granuloma growth in different degrees. The above results show the yangxueyufeng granules have a certain degree effect in anti-inflammatory.
