Objective:The clinical observation on clinical curative effect of "Wen Wei San Han and Xing Qi Zhi Tong" with Epigastric Pain Syndrome on subtype of Functional Dyspepsia by the clinical observation of Syndrome of cold condensate and qi stagnation to evaluate and analyze the effect on Epigastric Pain Syndrome.Methods:In this study,a randomized controlled study was conducted.The patients with Epigastric Pain Syndrome in the outpatient department of Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research subjects.A number of 50 people who met the diagnostic criteria of Epigastric Pain Syndrome and TCM syndrome of cold coagulation and qi stagnation were selected into the study.All the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 25 patients in each group.The patients of treatment group was treated with warming stomach and dispersing cold,taking Qi and pain relieving therapy,and the control group was given western medicine Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules for 4 weeks for a courses of medication.To record the changes of symptoms before and after treatment in patients with integral,fill out the clinical observation table,using statistical methods for data analysis,research of treatment group and control group before and after treatment of symptoms,efficacy index,observation of the temperature of the stomach for "Wen Wei San Han and Xing Qi Zhi Tong" of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.Overall clinical efficacy:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 82.53%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 62.51%.The analysis result showed a significant difference(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.2.The comparison of Total score of two groups before and after treatment:Two groups of treatment before symptoms after test,no significant difference(P>0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).3.Comparison of total symptom scores before and after treatment:The two groups before and after treatment the total symptom score after inspection has significant difference(P<0.01).It showed that the symptoms of the two groups were improved.4.Comparison of the integral each of the symptoms and after two group before treatment:All the symptoms before treatment were not statistically significant after rank and test(P>0.05).Two groups of symptoms after treatment,the overall improvement of symptoms,treatment group than the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.01).Among them,the treatment group and the cold chills epigastric distension symptoms improved significantly,there was statistical significance(P<0.05);acid reflux and belching symptoms,with statistical significance(P<0.01).There was no statistical significance in upper abdominal pain and reduced diet(P>0.05).5.Clinical integration comparison score of symptom between the two groups:Two groups of upper abdominal pain,chills,abdominal distension,reducing diet,acid reflux,belchsymptoms has obvious relief role(P<0.01).The treatment group and the control group had the statistical significance.Conclusion:"Wen Wei San Han and Xing Qi Zhi Tong" effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of upper Epigastric Pain Syndrome,but not adverse effects.Therefore,it is effective to treat Epigastric Pain Syndrome of Functional Dyspepsia by Wen Wei San Han and Xing Qi Zhi Tong.
