Reinforcing And Reducing In Combination With Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Late Menstruation

Objective:By using a combination of methods of reinforcing and reducing efficacy in patients with late menstruation in 32 cases, to further clarify the law in tune reinforcing and reducing the effective use of the menstrual cycle.Methods:Collected from March 2013 to December 2014 in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese tutor at the gynecological clinic in line with post-diagnosis period, and reinforcing and reducing the use of combination therapy in patients were observed before and after treatment changes in the menstrual cycle, reproductive hormone changes.Result:1 The menstrual cycle:The trial enrolled 32 patients with using a combination of methods of reinforcing and reducing, in which 9 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective in 4 cases,6 cases, the total efficiency of 81.2%2 Reproductive hormone:7 cases of androgen therapy after patients had higher androgen four cases reviewed, which returned to normal in one case, nearly normal in 2 cases.3 Invalid patient analysis:Six cases were ineffective and patients with syndromes and permits, BMI, related diseases were analyzed:patients with kidney deficiency invalid account in the folder phlegm three cases, and permits or phlegm and blood stasis in patients share four cases, BMI index greater than 24 who have four patients in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome invalid four people, patients with premature ovarian failure have one person, no obvious abnormalities 1.4 Related factors analysis:age, BMI, duration, and type of TCM syndrome and related diseases and effect relationship, found a weak negative linear correlation (P <0.05) between BMI and efficacy. The difference between the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and permits each statistically significant, indicating a difference in efficacy between the different and permits. Age, no significant difference between the course of disease, TCM syndrome related diseases and efficacy.Conclusion:1. Reinforcing and reducing treatment of menstrual late binding method has a good effect.2.
