Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome By Reinforcing And Reducing

Objective:To observe the reinforcing and reducing method in treating61cases of " polycystic ovary syndrome", analysis its clinical efficacy, Study a new thinking of Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of polycystic ovary syndromeMethods:Collection61cases of "polycystic ovarian syndrome" patients in my tutor between2011.9to2013.10in Chengdu University hospital of TCM, disease differentiation dialectical theory of governance, treating in reinforcing and reducing method, judge curative effect after three menstrual cycle. Patients were observed before and after treatment of menstruation, follicular development, pregnancy, reproductive hormones, insulin resistance and so on.Results:1)The menstrual cycle:61patients after treatment,29cases (47.5%) recover normal menstrual cycle (35.days or less). Menstrual cycle of36-60days in21cases (34.5%), more than61days have11case (18.0%), stopped treatment after three cycles there are14cases (23.0%) patients have normal menstrual cycle.2) Pregnancy:21cases has fertility requirements in the61patients, after treatment9cases (42.9%) successful pregnancy. 3) Follicular development:61patients in the period of14days after treatment in B Ultrasound monitoring ovarian prompts44case(72.1%) of them has the advantage of follicular development.4) BBT:All of61cases patients were measure BBT (at least on a cycle),50cases (82.0%) of BBT have the double phase, of which12cases (19.78.4%) there were three menstrual cycle dual phase,19cases (31.1%) were two menstrual cycles dual phase,19cases (31.1%) had a menstrual cycle basis temperature dual phase.5) Reproductive hormones:61cases of reproductive hormones in patients after treatment were19cases, LH/FSH<2are15cases,7cases T recovered to normal.6) Insulin resistance:3patients examined insulin level after treatment,2cases INS,1hINS,2hINS,3hINS all recovered, the other cases showed a decrease tendency.Conclusion:1) After treatment33cases of this group were markedly improved,17cases effective,11cases had no effect.2) Through the comparison of before and after treatment, the menstrual cycle, follicle size, blood T, LH/FSH by statistical analysis of P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, that the reinforcing and reducing method treatment of deficiency of polycystic ovary syndrome has certain effects on the menstruation, promoting fertility and improve the blood biochemical indicators on follicular development. 3)Its worthy to study the reinforcing and reducing method to treatment PCOS.
