At this time we are also on the treatment of primary disease before and after treatment,secondary syndrome,Illness degree comparison,(P< 0.05),And the more late to improve the more obvious.Comparison of serum matrix proteases, MMP-1, MMP-2, MMP-3 in the 4 weeks after the end of the medication all decreased.The treatment group was significantly better than the another (P<0.05),In the end the probability of recurrence in treatment group and another were 6.9% and 22.23%, respectively, and the advantage of the treatment group was more significant.Conclusions:1.The clinical application of Yiqijiangzhuo Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease is not stable angina pectoris phlegm-blocking effect is excellent, and the prognosis is good, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.2.MMPs is involved in the pathological process of unstable angina pectoris.The decoction can reduce serum MMP-1, MMP-2, MMP-3,It may play the role of stabilizing plaque through the regulation of MMPs.
