Clinical Observation In Treating The Duration Of Asthma Of Lung And Kindey Yin Deficiency Syndrome With Fangxiao Powder

Objective:Through the clinical research,observing the efficacy of Fangxiao Powder on duration period of bronchial asthma with the syndrome of lung and kidney yin deficiency in patients with symptoms, signs, pulmonary function. Sumurizing its clinical efficacy. Comprehensively analyzes efficacy of asthma with lung kidney yin deficiency syndrome by treatment of TCM and explore the methods for evaluation of the efficacy of asthma in lung and kidney yin deficiency.Research methods:70 asthma patients belongs to the lung and kidney yin deficiency patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly, treatment group were treated with Fangxiao powder, patients in control group with atomization inhalation Budesonide.4 weeks later, observing TCM syndrome rate sources and the improvement of pulmonary function of two groups. Analysize the difference between the two therapeutic effects, elaborate the reliability of Fangxiao powder.Results:1 Through the improvement of the patient’s symptoms to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two groups of drugs. After 4 weeks of treatment:the growth of the treatment group with FEV1 values 90.8±3.7 and control group with FEV1 growth value of 90.9±3.4, the difference between the two groups have no significant difference.2 Comparing the efficacy of two groups of patients with symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the situation, the total efficiency of treatment group was 85.2%, control group total effective rate was 78.9%, two groups of symptom improvement are statistically significant, the treatment group is more effective than the control group.3 The main symptoms and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The symptoms integral mean value of treatment group after treatment was 9.029±6.040, the control group value is 1.212±6.035. Symptoms integral mean value of the two groups is statistically significant, treatment group and control group has equivalent efficacy.Conclusion:The efficacy of Fangxiao Powder on duration period of bronchial asthma (syndrome of lung and kidney yin deficiency) in patients is obvious.
