To Observe The Clinical Neuralgia After Herpeszoster Surround Needling Therapy Combined With Electroacupuncturexi Clfet Points

Objective:Explore using electroacupuncture combines with surrounded needling on cleft points take action as well as providing a new clinical trial base for treating Postherpetic Neuralgia.Methods:Took 90 cases of Herpes Zoster meet the criteria and divided them into a treatment group by using electroacupuncture with surrounded needling, and control group with surrounded needling,with 45 cases each randomly.All patients were treated once a day, ten days as a course of treatment. Two groups werecompared VAS score, HAMD-17 score, HAMA-14 score, PSQI score both prior and after treatments. Then calculate the total effectiveness based on clinical efficiency.Result:①By comparing sex gender, age, course of disease on both group, each has 45 patients, there is no statistically significant difference (P>0.05),but comparability is here.②After treatment, both groups showed varying degrees of decrease on scores of VAS, HAMD-17, HAMA-14, and PSQI. There is no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) before treatment by comparing these two groups, but by comparing prior and after treatment on each group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Besides this, after treatment, the scores of treatment group is lower than the control group in comparison, which shows treatment groups has better result than control group.③The total efficiency rate of treatment group is 97.8%, and is 84. 4%for control group. Compare the rank sum test on both groups, P<0. 05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:①Both electro-acupuncture combine with surrounded needling and pure surrounded needlig can ease the pain caused by Postherpetic Neuralgia.②Electro-acupuncture combines with surrounded needling in improving depression, anxiety, sleep disorders and clinical curative effect is better than pure surround needling...
