Adaptive feeding after a week, to measure and record the rat palm temperature,for a week.A week later, began to fill the stomach in rats, respectively for the blank group, low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group were given normal saline, cefixime granules 13.5 mg/kg, 20 mg/kg and 27 mg/kg to fill the stomach, 2times daily, delivery time for 15 days.After the treatment, to determination of palm for a week.After a week, using the method of abdominal aorta taking blood for blood,centrifugal after determination of Na+ - K+ - ATPase, put free method blood FT3, FT4,ELISA determination of TSH.Put to death animals, determination of liver tissue sodium potassium ATP enzyme activity;In adrenal Bouin fixed, paraffin section, HE stain, light microscopy observation adrenal tissue pathological changes.Results: before feeding, compared with normal group, each group of rats body temperature there was no significant difference(P > 0.05), and prove that the choice of constitution have the homogeneity in rats.After the feeding, compared with normal group, including the average temperature of rats dose group were lower, hypothermia have significant differences, there is statistical significance(P < 0.05);Comparisonbetween all antibiotic dose group and temperature had significant difference(P <0.05), and proves that the higher doses of cefixime, the greater the temperature reduction of rats, the normal group and control group in average temperature change is not big.Compared with normal group, the serum free three antibiotics group iodine armour gland original glycine(FT3) and free thyroxine(FT4) and thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH) were decreased and the liver tissue of sodium potassium ATP enzyme activity dropped, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The comparison between antibiotic dose group, index had significant difference(P <0.05).Adrenal gland pathological changes: the normal group: adrenocortical see lipid full, clear structure;Blank group: adrenocortical see lipid and quite normal group;Low dose group: adrenocortical see lipid slightly less than the normal group and the blank group;In dose groups: adrenocortical see fewer lipids;High dose groups:adrenocortical see lipid decreased significantly.Conclusion: the effect of cefixime in healthy SD rats, the overall average temperature to drop, in combination with autonomic nervous function, endocrine system, energy metabolism, immune regulation, and other indicators in fever physique evaluation on the significance, proof of cefixime in a variety of physiological functions and enzyme activity of all have different degrees of inhibition,so that healthy SD rats after filling and different concentrations of drugs,hypothermia.Then draws cefixime make the physique healthy SD rats was cold.But after a period of time stopping drug constitution will restore the original state, and how will the change, still unknown, needs further research.
