| Objective:Through the research of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy on quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure and the clinical curative effect of intervention effect and objective evaluation of safety in the treatment of chronic renal failure patients and effectiveness of the combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy for treatment of chronic kidney disease to provide evidence-based basis,to further explore the Chinese medicine treatment of chronic renal failure with the new target and new drug research to lay the foundation.Methods:Patients in the group were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of traditional Chinese medicine,and 60 cases were in line with the case selection criteria.Among them,32 cases in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy on the basis of conventional treatment,28 cases were observed.Observation time was 4 weeks.The changes before and after treatment respectively guide patients completed the SF-36 quality of life scale,and observe the therapeutic indexes before and after the treatment of TCM syndrome score,renal function(BUN, Scr),blood(HGB),serum albumin(ALB)etc.and leukocyte,glutamic pyruvic transaminase(GPT),stool routine,electrocardiogram safety indicators,data collection,sorting,and the data were analyzed statistically.The changes of laboratory indexes and quality of life of two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed.Results:Disease curative effect judgment:in the observation group,there were 28 cases,2 cases were cured after treatment,effective in 22 cases,rate is 85.71%;control group(32 cases),23 cases were effective,efficiency 71.87% in observed group, the total efficiency is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of laboratory indexes:the renal function of the two groups was improved after treatment,and the comparative analysis was statistically significant(P<0.05),which showed that the combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in improving the renal function of patients was better than the control group.TCM syndrome score:two groups of curative effect comparison has statistical significance(P<0.05),indicates that the observation group in improving the clinical symptoms of patients is better than the control group.Two kinds of decision 4 quality of life:the social function(SF),physiological function(PF),physiologicalfunctions(RP),general health(GH),body pain(BP),energy(VT)six dimensions have significant difference(P<0.05), indicating that the use of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy in SF,PF,RP,GH,BP,VT, the effect was better than that of the control group, in the emotional function(RE)and mental health(MH)there was no significant difference(P>0.05),indicating that in re and MH treatment had no significant difference in the total quality of life has significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease has a unique advantage can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients with stable or even reversing renal function development, can significantly improve the life quality of the patients and patients with delayed into the process of end stage renal disease. |
