Uric acid is a terminal in the metabolic production of purine compounds, purine metabolic disorders will lead to increased uric acid generated or renal uric acid excretion disorder, resulting in elevated blood uric acid caused high uric acid hematic disease. Taurine (2-taurine, taurine) is a kind of endogenous compounds containing sulfur amino acids, has extensive biological function, influence can participate in a variety of physiological function of the kidney, and can protect a variety of reasons cause kidney damage. Xanthine oxidase (XOD) and adenosine deaminase (ADA) is involved in the key enzyme of uric acid generated, however, taurine for high uric acid hematic disease sexual nephropathy rat liver medium yellow purine oxidase (XOD) and adenosine deaminase (ADA) is unclear. This test will SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:blank control group,2% taurine in the control group, model group,1% taurine group,2% taurine group and western medicine group. Blank control group and model group rats normal drinking water, taurine group rats to build mould prevention before drinking,7 days. Then, in addition to the normal control group and 2% taurine in the control group, the other four groups of lavage mode,10 days in a row, during the period of building in addition to the model group, consumption of 1% and 2% respectively 1% and 2% taurine group taurine, western medicine group drank allopurinol solution.After the modeling kit for the detection of two enzymes ADA and XOD activity and real-time quantitative PCR and Western Blot to detect the expression levels of genes and proteins to investigate taurine on rat liver kidney hyperuricemia in sex xanthine oxidase (XOD) and impact of adenosine deaminase (ADA), and for the application of taurine prevention of hyperuricemia and gout provide evidence.Experimental results show that:(1)high blood uric acid nephropathy model of rat liver XOD and ADA activity and the expression of gene and protein levels. (2)the taurine can make high blood uric acid nephropathy model XOD and ADA activity of rats, the expression of gene and protein levels drop, reached normal levels.On the final, taurine can effectively reduce high blood uric acid nephropathy rats liver XOD and ADA activity and the expression of gene and protein level, thereby lowering uric acid levels.
