(2)the taurine can make high blood uric acid nephropathy model XOD and ADA activity of rats, the expression of gene and protein levels drop, reached normal levels.On the final, taurine can effectively reduce high blood uric acid nephropathy rats liver XOD and ADA activity and the expression of gene and protein level, thereby lowering uric acid levels.
