| Objective: In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of Bawei Tongluo granules combined with routine Western medicine in the treatment of recurrent angina pectoris blood stasis after coronary heart disease stenting,providing effective and safe evidence-based medical evidence for prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease by Bawei Tongluo granules.Expand the clinical application range of Bawei Tongluo Granules,and provide effective clinical ideas and practical experience for the prevention and treatment of recurrence of angina pectoris after PCI.Methods: Sixty patients with recurrent angina pectoris blood stasis syndrome after coronary heart disease stenting in the Department of Cardiology,Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group by statistical random number table method.Each group had30 cases and statistical analysis was performed on the two groups of patients.There were no significant differences in basic data such as gender,age,disease duration,New York Heart Function Rating,and so on.Both groups of patients were given lifestyle improvement education and secondary prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.The control group was given Bawei Tongluo granule mimetic on the basis of this,and the treatment group was treated with Bawei Tongluo granules on the above basis.After 8 weeks of treatment,observe the angina integral effect,the TCM symptom integral efficacy,the treadmill exercise maximum heart rate,the exercise test level,the metabolic equivalent weight,the duration of the exercise test,the total ST segment reduction during exercise,the Seattle scale evaluation,and the safety quantification.The indicators determine the clinical efficacy and safety of Bawei Tongluo Granules.Results:(1)Clinical score and curative effect of angina pectoris: There was a significant difference in total scores after treatment between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the angina pectoris efficacy was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)TCM Syndrome Total Score and Efficacy: The total scores of TCMsyndromes before and after treatment in the two groups of patients after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).P<0.01);TCM efficacy comparison treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.01),and the results were statistically significant.(3)Treadmill exercise test: The total exercise time,metabolic equivalents,exercise level,and maximum heart rate of the two groups were higher than before and the sum of ST segment depression during exercise was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).(4)Seattle Angina Scale: Compared with the control group,the patients in the treatment group had statistically significant differences in the stability of angina,satisfaction with treatment,and disease awareness(P<0.05).(5)There were no statistically significant differences in the blood and urinary excretion routines,GPT,aspartate aminotransferase,and renal function before and after treatment(P>0.05);2 patients in the treatment group experienced elevated blood glucose during the trial.The overall blood glucose was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the patients in the two groups did not complain of other obvious symptoms.Conclusion:Bawei Tongluo Granules Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Recurrence of Angina Pectoris after Cardiopulmonary Percutaneous Coronary Arterial Calf Suppression with Huoxue Xingqi and Huatan Tongluo Analgesic Effect can Effectively Improve Clinical Symptoms,Improve Cardiac Blood Supply Capacity,and Improve Exercise Tolerance of Patients,to a Certain Degree Improve the quality of life,no obvious adverse reactions.Two patients in the treatment group experienced elevated blood glucose during the test.The overall blood glucose was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Bawei Tongluo Granules can be used for the treatment of recurrence of angina pectoris after coronary PCI. |
