Clinical Observation For Treating Qi-Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease By Retention Enema Combined Chinese Herbal

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of qi and blood stasis type of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated by two methods TCM oral combined retention enema and pure Chinese medicine internal medicine treatment.Comparing the difference between the two treatment methods in improving the patients’ clinical symptoms, signs and easing the pain.To evaluate the effection and clinical significance of the method of TCM oral combined retention enema and discuss it’s mechanism.It will provide the basis for clinical application and popularization.Methods:72 patients were qi stagnation and blood stasis type of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group(n = 36).Patients in treatment group treat with TCM oral combined retention enema,another treat with pure Chinese medicine oral.All patients starting treatment in 3 days after the menstrual period.One period of treatment for 14 days, and totaly 2course of treatment.Records the clinical indicators of two grops when before and after treatment. Then analysis the data use SPSS 17.0 statistical software,and compare twogrops’ results,evaluate the differences in clinical curative effect.Results:(1)General data:there is no statistically significant differences between two groups in age, course, examination, abortion and the intrauterine device, disease severity and clinical curative effect index score.(P > 0.05).(2)Curative effect comparison after treatment: two groups of TCM syndrome integral, gynecologic symptoms integral and integral pain are decreased.The difference was statistically(P< 0.01).It prompt that treatment of two group are effective.(3)The comprehensive curative effect:treatment group’s effective rate is97.14%,control group’s effective rate is 82.35%.The difference in effective rate has statistically(P< 0.01).It prompt that treatment group is better than control group in comprehensive curative effect.(4)TCM syndrome integral:Treatment group’s effective rate is 91.42%,control group’s effective rate is 85.2%.The difference in effective rate has statistically(P <0.05).It prompt that treatment group is better than control group.(5)Signs of department of gynaecology integral: Treatment group’s effective rate is 94.28%,control group’s effective rate is 76.47%.There has significantly statistically difference in two groups of effective rate(P< 0.01).(6)Pain score comparison: Treatment group total effective rate was 100%,control group total effective rate was 91.17%.The difference in effective rate has statistically(P < 0.05).It prompt that treatment group is better than control group.Conclusion:(1) Two groups of treatment can reduce the signs and symptoms integral,gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine integral pain score.And can relieves pain and improves the clinical symptoms and signs.(2) The clinical curative effect of treatment group is higher than the control group, party information of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) basin inflammation I number of oral and retention enema in the treatment of qi and blood stasis type of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease curative effect, is better than that of pure Chinese medicine treatment, and is safe and effective.Chinese medicine retention enema treatment has distinctive characteristics of Chinese medicine external treatment.It can clinical promotion widely.
