| Objective Through the comparative study analysis, the correlation of serum lipids in patients with different composition and clinical parameters in chronic HBV and HCV infection, study of HBV and HCV infection of different lipid composition by differences in clinical parameters influence, and in-depth understanding of the relationship between lipid metabolism and cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and renal and liver disease infection of HBV and HCV lay the foundation. Methods From January 2014 to January 2016, 144 patients with chronic HBV infection and 106 patients with chronic HCV infection were treated in the outpatient and inpatient China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University. To eliminate liver cirrhosis, drug-induced liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, autoimmune disease, and combined with severe cardiovascular disease, pulmonary function failure, renal failure, and the use of lipid regulating drugs in January before the examination. Respectively, the blood lipid levels were detected and compared, including triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(Chol),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), apolipoprotein A1(Apo A1), apolipoprotein B(apo B). In addition to detect liver function index such as alt, AST, GGT, ALP, TBIL,ALB, Che, on behalf of the renal function indicators such as CRE, bun, and PLT, Glu, VL, BMI. Analysis and comparison of the relative factors of serum lipids in chronic HCV infected persons and chronic HBV infected persons. Results Whether chronic HBV or HCV infection and TG were negatively correlated with HDL-L. But the correlation factors of TG in chronic HCV infection is mainly related to the metabolic factors, such as GLU, BMI, chronic HBV infection in TG related factors mainly related to the liver function state, such as GGT, CRE. Whether chronic HBV or HCV infection LDL-C were positively correlated with APOB and CHOL. However, chronic HCV infection in CHOL related factors as well as HDL-C, APOA1, chronic HBV infection in patients with CHOL related factors mainly for liver functional status, such as ALB, CHE. Chronic HBV, HCV infection and HDL-C were positively correlated with APOA1. However, the related factors of HDL-C in chronic HCV infection were mainly CHOL, GLU, TG, and the relative factors of HDL-C in chronic HBV infection were mainly PLT, TBIL, BMI. Whether chronic HBV or HCV infection CHOL were positively correlated with APOB and LDL-C. However, the related factors of LDL-C in chronic HCV infection were mainly PLT, CHE, and the relative factors of LDL-C were mainly ALB and TG in chronic HBV infection. Chronic HBV, HCV infection and APOA1 were positively correlated with HDL-C. However, the related factors of APOA1 in chronic HCV infection were mainly CHOL, CHE, PLT, and the relative factors of APOA1 in chronic HBV infection were mainly liver functional status, such as TBIL, AST, ALT. Whether chronic HBV or HCV infection LDL-C were positively correlated with CHOL and APOB. However, the related factors of APOB in chronic HCV infection were mainly PLT, CHE,and the relative factors of APOB in chronic HBV infection were mainly TG,CRE.Conclusion Changes of blood lipid in chronic HCV infection in glucose and lipid metabolism related indexes correlation is stronger, and in chronic HBV infection and the relationship between the liver and kidney function more closely, suggesting that HBV and HCV through different mechanisms and pathways that affect lipid metabolism. PLT in patients with chronic HBV infection is positively correlated with HDL-C, while in chronic HCV infection with LDL-C positive correlation. It is speculated that HBV and HCV infection may play different roles in the occurrence of cardiovascular disease by affecting the correlation between PLT and serum lipid components. |
