Researches show that metal ions may be involved in the mechanism of action of quinolones, Change the efficacy of quinolone. Therefore research complexes and activity of Quinolones and ions. Provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment, new quinolone drugs.Objective:This paper further studied the mechanism of action of quinolones and metal ions on its activity. Using ligand (quinolones), auxiliary ligand (terephthalic acid) and metal ions to synthesis a new coordination compounds. To study preparation conditions, Coordination rule, topology type, geometric configurations of ligand, influence of auxiliary ligand to the whole structure. and to lay the foundation for developing the new applying field of the quinolone.Method:To quinolones pefloxacin and lomefloxacin two drugs as the main ligand, terephthalic acid as an auxiliary ligand transition metal coordination reaction center, application Hydrothermal synthetic a metal complex compound. The crystal structure determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction complexes, using infrared spectroscopy, Its structure characterizationed by elemental analysis, IR.Result:4 metal coordination complexes with Pefloxacin, terephthalic acid and Mn2+, Zn2+ complexes to build; lomefloxacin, terephthalic acid and Zn2+ Co+ complexes to build.Conclusion:Coordination compound [Mn(C17H20FN3O3)(C8H4O4)] into symmetric dual-core structure. In the compound, Zn2+ and terephthalic acid ligands with two different bit patterns to form a symmetrical structure of the novel dual-core structure. Compound [Zn(C17H20F2N3O3)2(H2O)2]·2(C8H5O4) The terephthalic acid play a role with balancing electrically neutral. In the complexes [Co(C17H19F2N3O3)2(H2O)2]·2(C8H5O4), the drug molecule lomefloxacin is a bidentate ligand. The structural units of Lomefloxacin and Zn2+, Co2+ form ionic complexes are mononuclear complex structure.
