The crystal structure determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction complexes, using infrared spectroscopy, Its structure characterizationed by elemental analysis, IR.Result:4 metal coordination complexes with Pefloxacin, terephthalic acid and Mn2+, Zn2+ complexes to build; lomefloxacin, terephthalic acid and Zn2+ Co+ complexes to build.Conclusion:Coordination compound [Mn(C17H20FN3O3)(C8H4O4)] into symmetric dual-core structure. In the compound, Zn2+ and terephthalic acid ligands with two different bit patterns to form a symmetrical structure of the novel dual-core structure. Compound [Zn(C17H20F2N3O3)2(H2O)2]·2(C8H5O4) The terephthalic acid play a role with balancing electrically neutral. In the complexes [Co(C17H19F2N3O3)2(H2O)2]·2(C8H5O4), the drug molecule lomefloxacin is a bidentate ligand.
