Objective:To explore characteristics of etiology and risk factors of correlation of stroke associated pneumonia( SAP) has multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection, provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods: Gathering the 305 cerebral apoplexy patients admitted in neurology intensive care unit of xinjiang autonomous region people’s hospital o in June 2014 to December 2015. There are 145 cases of SAP.Determine the characteristics of drug resistance and the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in SAP. The patients of SAP can be divided into multiple drug-resistant group and multiple drug resistance, analysis of the risk factors of having multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection. Results: In 145 patients with SAP, isolated 156 strains of bacteria, including gram-negative bacillus(69.23%), the top three are: acinetobacter baumannii(23.08%), klebsiella pneumoniae(16.67%),pseudomonas aeruginosa(9.62%). Gram positive cocci accounted for 17.31%, which is given priority to staphylococcus aureus, fungi accounted for 13.46%, mainly white candida. The rate of Acinetobacter baumannii resistance to piperacillin is100.00%, the rate of Acinetobacter baumannii resistance to cefoperazone sodium shu ba jothamis 30.56%. The rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae resistance to piperacillin is 84.61%. resistance to MeropenemforInjection is 34.61%.The rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistance to piperacillin and cefazolin is 86.67%, the resistance to Imipenem and Cilastatin Sodium is 33.33%. The rate of Staphylococcus resistance to penicillin, clarithromycin and cefuroxime is100.00%, resistance to Norvancomycin and Linezolidto is 0.00%. The rate of Streptococcus pneumoniae resistance to penicillin and azithromycin and cefuroxime is 100.00%, resistance to vancomycin and cefepime is 0.00%. Single factor analysis of results of multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection showed that gender, age, level of consciousness, the types of SAP, tracheal intubation or incision, breathing machine and preventive use ofantibiotics are related to multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection. Analysis of multiariable Logistic regression results showed that male, late-onset pneumonia, disturbance of consciousness and preventive use of antibiotics are the related risk factors for multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection. Conclusion: Pathogenic bacteria in patients with SAP is given priority to with gram-negative bacilli, in gram positive coccus, give priority to with staphylococcus aureus, fungi is given priority to with white candida. The rate of Staphylococcus aureus resistance to penicillin, clarithromycin, cefuroxime is100.00%,unresistance to vancomycin and Linezolid. The rate of Acinetobacter baumannii resistance to piperacillin is 100.00%, unresistance to cefoperazone sodium shu ba jotham and minoc.Male, late-onset pneumonia, disturbance of consciousness and prophylactic antibiotics were related risk factors of multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection in patients with SAP.
