| Objective We used a prospective randomized controlled trial methods, to explore the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine membrane for external application combined with 2% hydroquinone to ameliorate post burn pigment calm and provide clinical reference.Methods 60 cases of post burn pigmentation in our hospital for treatment were selected as the research object, and were randomly divided into the A group and the B group,30 cases in each group. The paients of group A received traditional Chinese medicine membrane for external application combined with 2% hydroquinone in the treatment,2 times a week,10 times for a course, two courses of treatment, the patients in B group were received routine treatment, using 2% hydroquinone in the treatment for external,2 times a day, self application, we collected patients’localized facial pigmentation spots image, with the specific image analysis system, one by one, the image collection system of pigment spot image were analyzed to obtain the value of the pigmen before treatments and after treatment 1,4,8 weeks of referral; to judge the photos affected part of the A group and B group before and after treatment, clinical observation observed curative effect, at the same time, compared to each patient before and after treatment of the image analysis system analysis of the percentage of the value of the pigment spot colorResults there were no significant differences in age, sex, disease course, and treatment of pre treatment of the two groups of patients (P>0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment, the color values were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),showed that burns left after the plain can calm fade.3. After treatment, the 1,4,8 weeks in group A patients with pigment composure scores were significantly lower than group B patients (P<0.05). At the same time, patients in A group with pigment regression time was significantly shorter than that of patients in group B (P<0.05), prompted to accept Chinese medicine film agent for topical treatment of the effect is more obvious, it can significantly shorten the pigment left over time.After the end of the 4 treatment, group A patients recovered 0 cases,6 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective,4 cases ineffective treatment, the total efficiency was 86.7%; group B 0 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective, effective in 7 cases,21 cases were ineffective treatment, the total efficiency was 30.0%, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The pigment left behind by the mild burn can be naturally dissipated, but using traditional Chinese medicine film agent for external application combined with 2% hydrogen Kun treatment can significantly shorten the time of patients with pigment faded, improve the total efficiency of the treatment, and obvious the treatment effect, less adverse reactions, treatment compliance in patients with high, it is worth of clinical application. |
