Clinic Study Of Qinghua Gushen Paidu Decoction Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3

Objective Through clinical research of empirical formula Qinghua Gushen Paidu decoction in the treatment of chronic kidney disease, to evaluate the clinical curative effect and to enrich therapeutic regimen of chronic kidney disease.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group that met the inclusion criteria. The treatment group used basic treatment of Western Medicine, the treatment group used Qinghua Gushen Paidu decoction on the basis of the control group,2 times a day. After treatment, review the laboratory index and evaluate the effect.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 86.67%, control group total effective rate was 68.89%, statistically significant difference (P< 0.05). Before treatment, TCM syndrome score of both treatment group and control group had no significant difference (P>0.05), but after treatment, TCM syndrome score in both group had a significant difference in Statistics (P< 0.05). the serum levels of Hb had significant change before and after treatment(P< 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05); The serum levels of 24 hours urinary protein quantitation and Plasma albumin had significant change before and after treatment(P<0.05), but there was significant difference between the two groups in the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05); The concentration of serum Scr and BUN had not significant change before and after treatment in control group(P>0.05)but had significant change in treatment group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with western medicine treatment, can further strengthen the treatment effect, a number of laboratory indexes were better than that in western medicine treatment group, especially for the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome. The participation of Chinese herbal medicine can provide a more ideal method for the treatment of 3patients with chronic kidney disease in level 3.Unified diagnosis of renal failure in traditional Chinese medicine can provide the basis for clinical standardized treatment.
