Experimental Study On Renal Interstitial Fibrosis Of The Chronic Renal Failure Rats With The Influence Of Taohezhenwu Decoction And Yishenjiangzhuo Decoction

Objective:To investigate the effects of Taohezhenwu Decoction and Yishenjiangzhuo Decoction on renal interstitial fibrosis of the chronic renal failure rats with 5/6 subtotal nephrectomy and explore the mechanism in cellular and molecular level.Method:78 7-week-old healthy sd rats,half male and half female,were divided into seven groups of including normal control group(A),sham operation group(B),pathological model group(C),enalapril treatment group(D),rhubarb treatment group(E),taohezhenwu decoction treatment group(F) and yishenjiangzhuo decoction treatment group(G).This rats used 5/6 nephrectomy model of chronic renal failure rats model and gave a different medication.We observed general run of things,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,Urine osmolality of the rats.We observed routine pathological of residual renal about the rats.And immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of bone morphogenetic protein-7 and transforming growth factorβ₁.Result:â‘ the Results of blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,Urine osmolality,bone morphogenetic protein-7 and transforming growth factorβ₁ about the normal group are better than the normal group(P＜0.01).There were glomerular atrophy and renal interstitial fibrosis,individual glomerular hypertrophy and inflammatory cell infiltration in renal interstitial under light microscope.â‘¡The plasma concentration of blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and transforming growth factorβ₁ were decreased in taohezhenwu decoction treatment group and yishenjiangzhuo decoction treatment group(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).The plasma concentration of bone morphogenetic protein-7 and Urine Osmotic Pressure were increased in taohezhenwu decoction treatment group and yishenjiangzhuo decoction treatment group(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).The pathology status of Renal interstitial in the two Decoction groups was improved.â‘¢There is no Significant difference between taohezhenwu decoction treatment group and yishenjiangzhuo decoction treatment group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:â‘ Taohezhenwu decoction and yishenjiangzhuo decoction can delay the progress of lesions with Chronic renal failure rats,improve the general situation in Chronic renal failure rats,reduce the plasma concentration of blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine of Chronic renal failure rats,improve their urine osmolality.And the two decoctions has good curative effect in treating and preventing Chronic renal failure rats.â‘¡Taohezhenwu decoction and yishenjiangzhuo decoction can improve expression level of bone morphogenetic protein-7, reduced the expression level of transforming growth factorβ₁ and the pathology status of Renal interstitial.â‘¢Taohezhenwu decoction and yishenjiangzhuo decoction have good curative effect in treating and preventing renal interstitial fibrosis of the chronic renal failure rats.
