Objective:Cardiopulmonary endurance is the core elements of physical health evaluation, and all the people all cause mortality and cardiovascular disease mortality is highly correlated, improve cardiopulmonary endurance and reduce death caused by a variety of reasons. Cardiopulmonary endurance in middle-aged and old people cannot be ignored. Tradition of the V02max through laboratory test evaluation method for instruments are expensive and time-consuming for a long time, and is not suitable for popularization. Therefore, this article selects 40-69 years old people as object of study, to explore the six minutes on foot the scientific nature and feasibility of cardiopulmonary endurance test evaluation, thus establish the evaluation of 40-69 years old new method for the elderly cardiopulmonary endurance. In addition, the establishment of speculation in six-minutes walking test VO2max forecasting model, and thus establish the elderly VO2max quick list, convenient and rapid evaluation of their own cardiopulmonary endurance.Method:The subjects before the experiment through strict screening, meets the requirements to be included in research. Based on the increasing power car load test of VO2max for the school. After a week, six-minutes walking test was carried out on the same subjects as well as height、weight、waistline、hipline、pulmonary、etc some basic index of the test. To explore the correlation between data and VO2max, the speculation in six-minute walk-test was established based on multiple linear regression forecast model of VO2max. And percentile method to establish a quick table of VO2max.Results:1. Men all the parameter values of high, more than female and the male and female in the VO2max peak oxygen uptake and differences are very significant (P<0.01).2. Both men and women, ages have influence to its, as the growth of the age, VO2max is on the decline, and the difference is very significant (P<0.01).3. Six-minutes walking test in peak oxygen uptake and graded exercise tests by car load of VO2max have no differences (P>0.05). but have high relationship (r=0.659; P<0.01).4. Speculation in six-minute walk-test VO2max regression equation is: VO2max(L/min)=0.28-0.31*SEX-0.007*AGE+0.017*WEIGHE(kg)+5.969*10-5* PULMONARY(ml)+0.001*SIX-MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE(m). R=0.805, R2=0.648, R2adj=0.643, SEX:male=0, female=15. Set up by six minutes walking distance、age、gender can obtain quick table of VO2max.Conclusions:1. Six-minutes walking test can effectively reflect the cardiopulmonary endurance of the middle-aged and old people.2. Set up VO2max regression equation and quick table of VO2max in order to aseess themselves conveniently.
