PurPose:Middle-aged men with 48 as the research object,variable sPeed vigorously walk intervention to middle-aged men 45 to 59 years old crowd blood index and atherosclerosis index change rule of the influence of the research,in the Process of the movement,blood and hardening of the arteries variation characteristics of indicators.To Provide some theoretical basis for vigorously walk PrescriPtion, but also for the future can be more system more scientifically for vigorously walk to lay the foundation.HoPe that through this study can Play a Positive role for vigorously walk, Providing theoretical and Practical significance for the national fitness camPaign.Method:From the 60 subjects in Primary extracted 48 Person,aged from 45 to 59, middle-aged Patients with atherosclerosis,vigorously walk intervention for 12 weeks.Changes on the middle-aged male Part biochemical indexes and PeriPheral arterial elasticity before and after movement,the main indicators are triglycerides(TG), aPoliPoProtein A1(APoA1), aPoliPoProtein B(APoB), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c), blood glucose, ankle arm index(ABI), Pulse wave conduction velocity(PWV),the before and after movement were analyzed. Set three different Patterns of vigorously walk.That is, slow sPeed, uniform and fast sPeed.More than a brisk walk 140 stePs Per minute; Medium sPeed steP ahead 120-140 Per minute; Slow walk 100 stePs Per minute, according to the requirement of exercise intervention resPectively.Test results are exPressed in the average ± standard deviation( ±s), using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis,within each set of exPeriments before and after the exPeriment comPares the Paired samPle T test;between grouPs before and after the exPeriment comParison method is the difference between the indePendent samPle T-test, the significance level of P < 0.05, very significance level of P < 0.01.Results:(1) After 12 weeks the rhythm slow sPeed fitness walking in TG, HbA1 c, APoA1, APoB, blood sugar, PWV and ABI increased to some extent, but the indicators before and after the movement intervention changes was not significant;(2) After 12 weeks the fitness walking motion at a uniform sPeed the subjects TG and HbA1 c levels droP, movement index had significant difference before and after intervention(P < 0.05); APoA1, APoB, ABI and PWV were increased, the index was very significant difference before and after exercise(P < 0.01); After 12 weeks vigorously walkintervention blood sugar has changed little;(3) after 12 weeks the fast sPeed model fitness walking exercise subjects TG, HbA1 c decreased, movement indicators no significant differences before and after the intervention; APoA1, APoB, blood sugar, PWV and ABI increased to some extent, which APoA1 and ABI index was very significant difference before and after exercise(P < 0.01) and significant difference before and after the APoB and PWV(P < 0.05), blood sugar change difference was not significant;(4) after 12 weeks of 3 different Patterns of Pace APoB, HbA1 c, PWV and ABI values have significant difference(P < 0.05), TG, APoA1 and blood sugar have no significant difference.Conclusion:12 weeks of different modes vigorously walk intervention can effectively imProve the middle-aged vascular Peri Pheral arterial elasticity and hyPerliPidemia, show the arterial stiffness index has a different degree of ease or lower.12 weeks of different models vigorously walk intervention scheme, the uniform Pace intervention for middle-aged men who had a greater influence on the related Parameters of some biochemical indicators and hardening of the arteries, in comPared with other two kinds of different Patterns in terms of Pace, uniform Pattern vigorously walk fitness effect is better.
