A Study Of Clinic On Colorectal Cancer Patients Under Laparoscopy Surgery With Postoperative Fatigue Syndrome After The Treatment Of Yi Yuan Fu Jian Decotion

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effect of Yi Yuan Fu Jian Decotion on the treatment of postoperative fatigue syndrome in patients after laparoscopic radical colorectal cancer resection.MethodsCollecting 61 colorectal patients between 2015 August to 2016 March who visited the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, department of gastrointestinal surgery. According to the inclusion criteria, they were randomly divided into blank control group and experimental group. The experimental group took Yi Yuan Fu Jian Decotion from the second day after operation to the 7 th day. We collected two groups of gender, age, body mass index (BMI), hemoglobin (HB), tumor stage and operation mode. On 1th day before operation and postoperative 1th,5 th,7th days, we measured white cell count (WBC), C-reactive protein (CRP), albumin (ALB), and prealbumin (PA), transferrin TRf, cortisol (COR), fatigue remember subscales and brief fatigue volume table. The clinical effect of two groups were compared after the operation.Results1.61 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer were divided into two groups,30 cases of the blank control group while 31 cases of the experimental group. Patients in the two groups had no statistical significance in gender, age, BMI, tumor staging and operative way and the preoperative biochemical test, fatigue table scores (P>0.05).2. On the inflammatory index, compared the two groups of patients, the difference of white blood cell count had no statistically significance before and after the operation, P>0.05. Compared with the control group, the difference of CRP in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group after 7th days and after treatment, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.3. On the nutritional indicators, compared with the two groups of patients, the difference was not statistically significant on ALB level after treatment, P were>0.05. Compared with the control group, PA and TRf in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group on 7th days after operation and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4. On the endocrine indicators, compared with two groups of patients before and after the operation of Cor level, P were>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.5. Christensen subscales and Brief Fatigue Inventory were compared between the two groups of patients before and after the operation, the fatigue level of experimental group significantly decreased compared with the control group on the 7th day, P> 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.ConclusionYi Yuan Fu Jian Decotion can reduce the level of patients under laparoscopic surgery of colorectal cancer in stress and inflammatory responses, increase the synthesis of protein level in vivo, significantly improve the postoperative fatigue, effectively treat the patients after laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.
