Study On Applications Of Liver-Spleen Correlation Theory In Modern Medical Records Of Migraine Based On Mining Technology And The Experiences Of Professor Huarong’s Simultaneously Treatment In Liver-Slpeen-Stomach Of Migratine

ObjectiveCollect modern medical records of migraine literatures published in C NKI China periodical full-text database and Wanfang database in the last decade(2004-2015) on the treatment of migraine using Chinese herbal medic ines. Using the literature research and the data mining technology, and c onclude the experiences of Professor HuaRong’s simultaneously treatment i n liver-slpeen-stomach of migratine to explore the application laws of li ver-spleen correlation theory in modern medical records of migraine.MethodsCollect and analyze the literatures about the liver-spleen correlatio n theory by the traditional method of literature research. Summarize the experience of HuaRong’s simultaneously treatment in liver-spleen-stomach of migraine. And then collect the modern medical records of migraine lit eratures published in CNKI Chinese journal full-text database and Wanfang database in the last decade(2005-2015) on the treatment of migraine usin g Chinese herbal medicines and arrange prescriptions of the articles meet ing the requirements. Establish a database using Microsoft Office Excel 2 003. Using the frequency analysis of statistical method and the clusterin g analysis of data mining technology through the office software and SPSS software, obtain the knowledge and experience of modern doctors of Chine se medicine for migraine and verify the guiding significance in the clini cal of the liver-spleen correlation theory. Further analyzing the symptom s and drugs of the medical records whose location of the disease and the pathogenesis relate to spleen(stomach) and liver by the cluster analysis, mine the syndrome characteristics and the regularity of prescription und er the guidance of liver-spleen correlation theory.ResultsObtain 183 target literature,225 pieces of medical records. In the s tudy of etiology, the internal injury by the seven emotions and extreme f atigue occur more, and the cumulative frequency is 67%. In the disease lo cation, the frequency of liver and spleen (stomach) is greater, the cumula tive frequency was 73%. This study includes a total of 196 Chinese crude drugs. The total frequency is 2809 in all the medical herbs. The drugs wi th a higher frequency (frequency of more than 20 times) are mainly concen trated in return for liver and spleen (stomach), such as bupleurum, white peony, tuckahoe, pinellia and other 41 kinds of drugs which accounts for 71.2% of the total frequency.Through the symptoms and medicine cluster analysis under the liver-sp leen correlation theory, excavate 5 pieces of clustering symptoms combina tions, divides into the splenic deficiency and hepatic qi stagnation synd rome, the liver and stomach excessiveheat syndrome, the damp and heat in liver and gallbladder, the qi and blood deficiency syndrome, spleen dampn ess syndrome and liver-spleen disharmony syndrome; And 5 pieces of cluste r medicine combinations. After analysed, they are similar to Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, Xiongzhi Shigao decoction, Qianghuo Shengshi decoction, Tianma Gouteng decoction, Gouteng decoction, Qianzheng powder, Wuzhuyu decoctio n, Sijunzi decoction, Xiaochaihu decoction, Xiaoyao powder, Erchen decoct ion, Tongxie yaofang and other prescriptions.ConclusionThe study objectively reveals the guiding function of liver-spleen co rrelation theory in the treatment of migraine. The syndrome types and reg ularity of prescription, which obtained by clustering analysis, are the a cademic experience of modern Chinese medicine doctors. The splenic defici ency and hepatic qi stagnation syndrome, the liver and stomach excessiveh eat syndrome, and the spleen dampness syndrome and liver-spleen disharmon y syndrome are the main syndromes of liver-spleen correlation theory in m igraine. Wuzhuyu decoction, Xiaochaihu decoction, Xiaoyao powder, Erchen decoction, and Tongxie Yaofang are the main prescriptions of the method t hat treat with liver and spleen(stomach) together used in migraine. The f requency and cluster analysis mining method makes the implicit rules hidi ng the symptoms and prescriptions explicit, to provide more ideas for cl inical treatment.Professor Hua Rong advocates that main pathogenesis of migratine is 1 iver-spleen disharmony. As to the treatment, the principle therapy is adj usting liver, spleen and stomach together, especially paying attention to reinforcing earth. When practicing the medicine, should follow the princ iple that the liver fits for dispersing, while the spleen fits for reglut ing and the stomach is suitable for harmonizing. What’s more, it needs p ay attention to psychological persuasion. It makes great significance for the treatment of migraine.
