Clinical Study Of Tong Qiao Hui Cong Decoction In The Treatment Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Of Sudden Hearing Loss

PurposeTo observe the clinical curative effect of Tong Qiao Hui Cong Decoction combined with conventional therapy in treating the type of qi stagnation and blood stasis sudden hearing loss.To explore the effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sudden hearing loss, which include the promotion of hearing recovery, reduce the accompanying symptoms, shorten the course of treatment.To find the Chinese medicine treatment method and prescription for sudden hearing loss, so that we can fing a better theoretical reference and effective treatment for clinical treatment of sudden hearing loss.MethodsA total of 60 patients with sudden hearing loss were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Treatment group was treated by Tong Qiao Hui Cong decoction combined with conventional treatment, the control group was only treated by conventional therapy.Two groups of patients were given treatment for 2 weeks. To get the difference of the curative effect before and after routine treatment by use pure one hearing threshold determination and auditory brainstem response test results to evaluation of Tong Qiao Hui Cong decoction combined with routine treatment and only use the routine treatment.In addition, we also recorded the change of tinnitus before and after treatment.Finally, According to the specified efficacy evaluation criteria,we analyze the results of the statistical analysis to evaluate the efficacy of Tong Qiao Hui Cong decoction.Results1. After 1 weeks of treatment, the degree of aural comprehension were improved compare with two groups, the effective rate of treatment group 61.29%, control group was 56.25%.the difference is significant statistical significance between the two groups(P=0.020<0.05).2. After 2 weeks of treatment, the degree of aural comprehension were improved compare with two groups, the effective rate of treatment group 77.24%, control group was 71.88%.the difference is significant statistical significance between the two groups(P=0.034<0.05).3. After two weeks of treatment, compare with the average air conduction threshold between the two groups after treatment and before treatment difference,we can see,the difference of The treatment group before treatment and after treatment is 18.27±8.55dBHL,and it is 15.09±7.37dBHL in the control group.the difference is significant statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).,and In the improvement, the treatment group than the control group.4.Comparison of tinnitus degree distribution in two groups before and after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(Z=-3,162, P=0.031<0.05). Two kinds of treatment methods are effective in alleviating the symptoms of tinnitus, but the effect of the treatment group than the control group.5.After the end of treatment, two groups of patients are not uncomfortable and check liver function and renal function were normal,so Tong Qiao Hui Cong decoction has no damage to the liver and kidney.Conclusion1.These two kind of Treatment plans have effect on deafness and tinnitu which were cause by sudden hearing loss,and Tong Qiao Hui Cong decoction combined use routine treatment is better than use outine treatment only.2.Tong Qiao Hui Cong decoction is a safe and effective medicine and it is worthy of promotion.
