| Objective:Through the Yi Shen Huo Xue Tong Qiao Soup combined with modern medicine (Sibelium and Oryzanol) for the treatment of kidney essence losses of sensorineural tinnitus,to study the clinical value of the Yi Shen Huo Xue Tong Qiao Soup.It will provide Clinical thinking for the treatment of kidney essence losses of sensorineural tinnitus by the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine.Methods:The patients of kidney essence losses of sensorineural tinnitus 58 cases are randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group of 37 ears in 29 cases,29 cases 38 ears.The treatment group takes the Yi Shen Huo Xue Tong Qiao Soup with modern medicine(Sibelium and Oryzanol), while the control group is treated with modern medicine(Sibelium and Oryzanol)therapy merely,15 days for one period of treatment, both groups take drug 30 days continuously.Then effective clinical treatment for improved patients with follow-up 1 month and observe curative effect of the two groups respectively according to the curative treatment for evaluation criteria.Results:1. After the two periods of treatments, and then the effective clinical treatment for improved patients with follow-up 1 month, tinnitus extent hierarchical quantitative integral symptoms of the treatment group and the control group are compared between groups before and after the treatment.There is statistically significant in ifference.The total effective rate of the treatment group is 82.99%, while the control group is 54.78%.There are statistical differences through statistically observing the curative effect of the two groups'patients. (P<0.05)2. There is obvious relation between the tinnitus curative effect of treatment group and the hearing impairment exists and degree. (P>0.05)3. There is relation between the tinnitus curative effect of treatment group and the course of disease. The total effective rate of the treatment group of Course less than 3 months is 95.24%, course three months to one year is 75.0%, Course more than one year is 50.0%. There are statistical differences through statistically observing the curative effect of the two groups'patients. (P< 0.05) Conclusion1. There is certain curative effect between both treatment group and control group on the treatment of kidney essence losses of sensorineural tinnitus. The curative effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.2. There is obvious relation between the tinnitus curative effect of treatment group and the hearing impairment exists and degree.3. There is relation between the tinnitus curative effect of treatment group and the course of disease.The shorter the better curative treatment.4. The experienced side Yi Shen Huo Xue Tong Qiao Soup With its main function of boosting kidney essence,invigorating the circulation of blood and opening the ear. It is an effective prescription for the treatment of kidney essence losses of sensorineural tinnitus. There is more obvious effect in Improving tinnitus and accompany symptoms compared with the group of Sibelium and Oryzanol.So it has certain advantages.5. Patients of kidney essence losses of sensorineural tinnitus have close relationship with age.lt is the most frequent disease with old people, and no obvious relationship with sex.6. The treatment group both have had safety testing such as blood Routine, urine Routine, Liver function, Kidney Function, and DCG before and after the treatment. All of it had not discovered adverse reactions. It shows that the Yi Shen Huo Xue Tong Qiao Soup combined with modern medicine (Sibelium and Oryzanol) for the treatment of kidney essence losses of sensorineural tinnitus which is a safe and reliable method of tinnitus combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment. |
