Observe The Clinical Study Of Meshed Skin Autograft Combinedmicro-Skin Autograft For Reapiring Large Deep Burn Wounds

Objective:To observe the effection of autologous meshed skin and micro-skin autograft transplantation for treatment of large area deep burn wounds.exploration the way that can not only quickly but also high quality repair large deep burns wounds.Method:To analysis 4 cases of large area deep burn patients with 14 wounds inour hospital burn and plastic surgery from January 2013 to August 2015.The operation methodwas divided into both groups, the meshed skin combined micro-skin group (combined group) and simple meshed skin group (simple group), two patients were both used meshed skin autograft combined meshed skin autograft and simplemeshed graft, the remaining two cases used simple meshed skin graft. There were 4 wounds in combined group,10 wounds in simple group, observed the result of two different skin graft of wound healing, comparing two groups cases of wound healing time and healing quality.Results:The combined group average healing time was 20±2.14 days,do not need second surgeon;the simple group average healing time was 24 ±2.96 days,two wounds need second surgeon in order to reapire the wound. The patients in combined group has less diamond scar than the simple group.The jaint function (such as elbow wrist knee)in the combined group is better than the simple group after Two groups patients backed to the hospital in three months and six month after left the hospital.Conclusion:The advantage of meshed skin graft combined micro-skin graft were accelerating the burn wound healing,shorten hospitalization time,lighten scar proliferation and improving the jaint function.
