| Objectives:The aim of this study was to assess the application value of Fibroscan on liver fibrosis in patients with hepatitis B (CHB).Methods:A total of 223 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital were analyzed as research object,non-pathology group(208 subjects),pathology group(15 subjects) and the control group(30 subjects).Pathology group were subjected to liver fibrosis.Non-pathology group were examined by B-ultraosound, Fibroscan and gamma globulin was used of everyone. In pathology group, liver fibrosis levels was staged by Fibroscan and liver biopsy, the consistency of them was analyzed by Kappa test. The differences of LSM between control group and B-ultrasound liver fibrosis levels of non-pathology were analyzed by ANOVA. The correlation of Fibroscan and gamma globulin was analyzed by Pearson. Results:Liver fibrosis staged by Fibroscan was consistent with that staged by liver biopsy(Kappa=0.651,P<0.05). LSM of control groupã€negative groupã€chronic hepatitis groupã€cirrhosis group were 4.43±1.03kPaã€6.09±2.03 kPaã€7.92±4.37 kPaã€21.65±6.5 kPa respectively.LSM difference among of the four grupa have ststistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fibroscan has a certain diagnostic value for liver fibrosis of CHB;gamma globulin haa a certain clinical reference value;the combined detection of Fibroscan and gamma globulin may improve the diagnostic accuracy of liver fibrosis. |
