Appllication Of Fast Track Surgery In Subtotal Thyroidectomy By Laparoscope

OBJECTIVE To investigate the meaning of the fast track surgery applying to thyroid operation by laparoscope.METHODS The clinical datas of thyroid gland patients who hospitalized from May.2013 to february.2016 were collected.The patients who were choiced by include and rule standards were divided into two groups, experimental group and control group.The experimental group were operated with the measures of fast track surgery,and the control group were operated with the tradition measures.The concentration of CRP (ahead of operation、first day after operation)、the count of white blood cel、pain scores、body temperature、 time of out of hospita、hospital costs were recorded.The SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the results,and it is significant if the P is less than 0.05.RESULTS There were 45 patients in the research.The experimental group have 21 patients and control group have 24 patients.The oncentration of CRP、 the count of white blood cell、body temperature. The pain scores of experimental group is less than control group in first and second day and it is same in the third day.The time of out of hospital of experimental group is the same with the control group.The costs of experimental group is less than control group.CONCLUSION The fast track surgery can reduce the stress response in laparoscope thyroid operation apply in patients. The fast track surgery can reduce the rise of CRP、the count of white blood cell、body temperature,and it can improve the felling of pain and reduce hospital costs, but it has no effect on body temperature.
