Clinical Application Of Nursing Intervention Of Fast Track Surgery In Perioperative Period Of Thyroid Gland

Objective: Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention of fast track surgery on thyroid patients during perioperative period,and to explore the best rehabilitation method for thyroid patients.Methods: In this study,54 thyroid patients hospitalized in general surgery from September 2016 to April 2017 were investigated.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,these patients were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group.The number of patients in the experimental group was 30,while that in the control group was 24.The control group was given traditional perioperative nursing management mode,while the experimental group was given nursing intervention of fast track surgery.The operation time,cervical drainage fluid volume,CPR concentration,pain score,anxiety score,patient satisfaction,hospitalization expenses and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.These data were processed by SPPS 19.0 software.The measurement data were analyzed by independent sample t test,P < 0.05 with statistical significance.Results: There was no statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group in the operative time and the amount of drainage fluid in the neck.The CPR of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group on the 1st day and the 3rd day after operation.The pain scores of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group at12 h,24h,48 h and 72 h after operation.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.The anxiety scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group before and after operation.The satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the total hospitalization expenses and totalhospitalization time of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group.Conclusion: In this study,the fast track surgery nursing intervention was applied to the thyroid perioperative period,hoping that through this application,patients can reduce physical and mental discomfort,rapid recovery of health.Although the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing intervention can not affect the operation time and postoperative drainage,it can relieve postoperative pain,reduce anxiety,improve patient satisfaction,shorten hospitalization time and reduce hospitalization costs.
