Objective To study the related factors of bone cement leakage after vertebral compression fracture in patients with vertebral osteoporotic compression fracture. Methods 80 cases(86 vertebral bodies) of PVP and PKP in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. From May 2013 to June 2015, 80 patients(86 vertebral bodies) with PVP and PKP in our hospital were followed up for 6 to 21 months, with an average(17.9 + 6.5) months. According to the investigation results of follow-up, the patients were divided into non bone cement leakage group(54 cases) and bone cement leakage group(26 cases), the statistics of the two groups of patients age, gender, vertebral anatomy location, disposable centrum treatment a number, in patients with posterior vertebral wall is complete, the option of PVP or PKP surgery way, unilateral or bilateral puncture, bone cement injection quantity data, use statistical methods to analyze the impact of these factors on the leakage of bone cement and correlation analysis, so that the leakage of bone cement relevant factors are further defined. All the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software. Counting data using chi square test, measurement data to x + s said, using t test; using single factor and multiple factors Logistic regression analysis of bone cement leakage after the risk factors. In P>0.05 that there was no statistical difference, P<0.05 said the difference was statistically significant. Results Follow up showed that there were 32 vertebral bodies(37.2%) of bone cement leakage, and 54 vertebral bodies(62.8%) had no leakage of bone cement. The general data of patients in the two groups were compared, results showed that, and no leakage of bone cement group compared, leakage of bone cement group sex, age and vertebral anatomical location had no significant difference, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). And no leakage of bone cement group compared. Bone cement leakage group disposable centrum treatment 2 vertebrae. The proportion of patients with large, and the emergence of complications of bone cement leakage in the choice of PVP larger proportion, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). No leakage of bone cement in the group of patients with disposable centrum treatment of a vertebral body proportion of patients with large, the choice of PKP larger proportion. This study of two groups of patients compared. The results show that, with no leakage of bone cement group comparison, leakage of bone cement group patients with vertebral posterior wall is not complete proportion of patients with large, and the emergence of the higher volume of bone cement injected the bone cement leakage in patients, the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05). Bone cement leakage in single factor Logistic regression analysis showed that the patients age, gender and anatomical vertebral position and bone cement leakage between did not correlated(P > 0.05), and surgeon’s technical level, PKP and PvP operation, disposable treatment of vertebral number, path of puncture, vertebral fracture status and operation of injecting bone cement and bone cement leakage between with correlation(P < 0.05). Bone cement leakage in multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the choice of bone cement leakage occurrence and PKP and PvP operation, vertebral fracture status, one-time treatment of vertebral number, bone cement injection between has correlation(P < 0.05). The technical level of puncture path selection, vertebral fracture cases, the surgeon and the bone cement leakage and no correlation(P>0.05).Conclusion Vertebral forming postoperative vertebral osteoporosis vertebral compression fractures in patients with bone cement leakage conditions and the patient’s age, gender, anatomical vertebral body parts, unilateral or bilateral puncture path no correlation, and number of treatment and selection of PKP and PvP operation, disposable centrum, vertebral fracture status, injection of bone cement volume has the relevance. Therefore, in patients with vertebral body forming operation to grasp the correct operation method, select the appropriate timing of bone cement injection, to grasp the amount of bone cement injection, so as to reduce the probability of leakage of bone cement.
