Clinical Observation Of Huoxuezhitong Decoction In Treatment Of Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective: Huoxue Zhitong decoction in the role for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia of qi stagnation and blood stasis type, comprehensive evaluation of the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in the clinical superiority, for Huoxue Zhitong decoction in the treatment of this disease to provide theoretical basis.Methods: This study selected cases, are derived from 2014 April to November 2015 in Heilongjiang Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine dermatology clinic and diagnosed patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN). A total of 60 patients,including 34 male patients, 26 cases of female patients, age 42 to 69 years old.Divided into of group and treatment group. Control group: give medicine by Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule(Tianjin hongrentang pharmaceutical factory production, production batch number: Chinese medicine quasi word Z12020223), for four consecutive weeks.In treatment group, treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction, Huoxue Zhitong decoction for four weeks.Results: the use of Huoxue Zhitong decoction in the treatment group, for postherpetic neuralgia(PHN) has better clinical efficacy. Treatment group and the control group,the difference in the total effective rate was statistically significant, the effects of a significant difference; the treatment group and the control group, before and after the treatment, the pain scores of the two groups of sustained pain time integral and the interval time of pain points difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05);treatment group and control group before and after treatment, pain scores sustained pain time integral and the interval time of pain scores the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05), by promoting blood circulation and pain the therapeutic effect of the decoction of the treatment group is better The therapeutic effect of the control group in the blood stasis capsule.Conclusion:1. Huoxue Zhitong decoction can effectively improve the patient’s pain score sustained pain time integral and the interval time of pain score, improve the clinical symptoms of herpes zoster neuralgia in patients with.2. Huoxue Zhitong decoction in the treatment group the effective rate reached 93.3%,the control group of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule was 73.3%, treatment group and control group efficiency differences compared with statistical significance(P < 0.05); no side effect is an effective drug for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
