Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Pattern Of Heart&kindey Yang Deficiency Brady Arrhythmia With Mafuzenglv Decoction

Objective:To observe the effect of Mafuzenglv Decoction in the treatment of heart and kidney yang deficiency type brady arrhythmia clinical curative effect, from the heart rate(the fastest heart rate, the slowest heart rate, the total heart rate, the average heart rate) and clinical symptoms in two aspects effect are observed.Method:60 cases of patients with chronic arrhythmia according to the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization and the control group. There was no significant difference in age, sex and disease between the two groups.30 cases in the treatment group, 30 cases in the control group, two groups all had discontinued other antiarrhythmic drugs. The treatment group was given Mafuzenglv Decoction in the treatment of, Xinbao pill in treatment was given to the control group,treatment time for 4 weeks. Observe the changes of TCM symptom score, the fastest heart rate, the slowest heart rate, the total heart rate, the average heart rate, and follow up treatment for one month after the treatment of ECG heart rate changes.Result:TCM clinical symptom score: the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%, the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,( P <0.05) there were significant differences, the treatment group was better than the control group.24 H dynamic ECG: the fastest heart rate, the slowest rate, the total heart rate, the average heart rate of four,two groups were significantly improved, the treatment group than the control group( P <0.05), there were significant differences between the two groups.Follow up one month after ECG heart rate: control group heart rate was not significantly improved, the treatment group heart rate was still increased, indicating that the treatment group than the control group to improve the long-term effect of heart rate was good.Conclusion:Mafuzenglv Decoction can significantly improve the growth rate of heart and kidney yang deficiency of brady arrhythmia in patients with palpitation and chest tightness.Mafuzenglv Decoction can significantly increase the heart and kidney yang deficiency type brady arrhythmia patients, 24 hours, the fastest heart rate, the slowest heart rate, the total heart rate and the average heart rate.Mafuzenglv Decoction in the treatment of heart and kidney yang deficiency type brady arrhythmia, long-term efficacy better reflects the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of.
