| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Fumai Decoction on bradyarrhythmia of malaise of heart and Yang based on Professor Guo Maosong’s viewpoint of "invigorating the heart and Yang, stirring the heart and pulse".Methods:From April 2019 to March 2021,80 cases of delayed arrhythmia diagnosed at the Second Department of Cardiology,Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to March 2021 were included in the treatment criteria, and treated with Chinese medicine decoctions or Chinese patent medicines voluntarily, and randomly divided into treatment groups(Wenyangfu Arteriovenous Decoction group)and the control group(Xinbao Pill group)each had 40 cases, and the clinical observation was 21 days. The data of the two groups were analyzed to evaluate the curative effect of Wenyang Fumai Decoction.Results:1.The total effective rate of resting HR: 87.18% in the treatment group and 71.79%in the control group,P < 0.01,showing a statistically significant difference.2.The total heart rate at 24 h after treatment was significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.01).3.Efficacy of different disease types: the treatment group was better than the control group in the recovery of various diseases without SSS,P < 0.01,showing a statistically significant difference.4.Total efficacy of TCM symptoms: the total effective rate was 92.31% in the treatment group and 76.92% in the control group.Comparison of efficacy of TCM syndrome integral between the two groups after treatment(P=0.017,P < 0.05)showed statistical difference.5.General safety indicators: no obvious abnormalities were found in each patient before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Wenyang Fumai Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with bradyarrhythmia of heart and Yang deficiency.2.Wenyang Fumai Decoction can significantly improve the resting heart rate of patients with bradyarrhythmia of the type of malaise of heart and Yang.3.Wenyang Fumai Decoction can significantly increase the 24-hour total heart rate, average heart rate and maximum heart rate in patients with bradyarrhythmia of heart and Yang deficiency. |
