Clinical And Experiment Research On Treating Slow Arrhythmia By Decoction Of Zenglvtang

Objective: By using the way of traditional chinease medicine thought, this article explores deeply the pathogenesis and principle of the therapy of slow arrhythmia from theory, clinic and experiment. Methods: Base on pathogenesis of slow arrhythmia is deficiency of yang of heart and kidney, blood stasis due to deficiency of Qi.This study used warming yang and promoting Qi activatinf blood to remove channel obstruction as principle of therapy.In this subject, 41 slow arrhythmia patients were treated by zenglvtang as curative,anther 24 slow arrhythmia patients were treated by xinbao pill as control. Results: The total effect rate of the curative group was 85.37%, which was evidently higher than that of the control group of 58.33% (P<0.05) .The total effect rate of ameliorating symptom of the curative group was 87.8%, which was obviously higher than that of the control group of 58.33% (P<0.05).The difference between the two group was significant(P<0.05).Blood viscosity was reduced , hemorheology was also notable improved.Animal experiment indicates: the recipe can increase the heart of normal rat and the recipe can inhibit the rat's slow arrhythmia caused by isoptin obviously. Conclusion: Deficiency of yang of heart and kidney, blood stasis and abstraction of channels is the important mechanism of slow arrhythmia.So wanning yang and promoting Qi activating blood to remove channel obstruction is the important therapy. Zenglvtang has obviously effect.It's an effective ricipe of treating slow anhythmia.
