Elderly Patients With Lower Respiratory Tract Tub Erculosis Infection And Drug Resistance Characteristics Of Gram-negative Bacteria

Objective:To analyze the elderly tuberculosis complicated by respiratory tract infections and Gram-negative bacteria resistant characteristics.Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, which sputum ordinary bacterial culture-positive patients with Gram-negative bacteria as the observation group 35 cases, middle-aged patients hospitalized common bacterial culture of sputum Gram-negative bacteria positive 50 cases as control group, compared their similarities and differences.Results:The same basic composition of the two groups of bacteria, but mainly composed of elderly patients pathogen Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter. Acinetobacter compared with the youth group has a high rate of infection (P<0.05), the ratio of mixed infections are more in elderly patients group (P<0.05); we find the similar to common gram-negative pathogens resistant for commonly used antibiotics, old observation Group of amikacin, gentamicin and other aminoglycoside antibiotics than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); find old group amikacin for all Gram Gram-negative bacterial infections resistant than the control group (P<0.05), and imipenem resistance was significantly higher, but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusions:Complicated the lower respiratory tract infection tuberculosis pathogen by Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter with elderly patients, and high mixed infection, we should pay attention to the bacterial culture and sensitivity test, in order to reduce the bacterial resistance and drug abuse.
