| Objective:To observe the EA "people", "Neiguan" on the hippocampus apoptosis-inducing factor (AIF) ischemia and reperfusion in rats and endonuclease G within the nucleic acid (Endo G) affect the expression; investigate electric against ischemia-reperfusion neuroprotective mechanisms of brain injury in rats.Methods:SPF level 80 healthy adult male rats, weighing 250-280g, divided into sham group, model group, acupuncture group 1d,7d acupuncture groups of 20 rats, of which 10 used TTC dyeing technology,10 used Western blot gel electrophoresis. Rat middle cerebral artery infarction suture method using TTC staining cerebral infarction volume percentage and western blot technique to observe the expression of AIF and Endo G.Results:After ischemia-reperfusion model group, acupuncture group 1 d,7d acupuncture group TTC staining of rat brain specimens observed significant white infarct by Image J (version 1.42) image processing software to calculate the percentage of infarct volume, we found that acupuncture group 1d,7d acupuncture group was significantly lower than the percentage of cerebral infarct model group (P <0.01); 7d acupuncture group was significantly lower than the percentage of cerebral infarction 1d acupuncture group (P<0.05). Model group, acupuncture group 1d,7d acupuncture within brain tissue of rats AIF and Endo G expression was significantly increased; 1 d group within EA, EA 7d expression in rat brain tissue with the model group of AIF and Endo G contrast significantly lower statistically significant (P <0.01); the expression of acupuncture 7d group AIF and Endo G expression and acupuncture 1d AIF and Endo G group was significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:EA of those points, Neiguan (both sides) can significantly improve the function of damaged brain tissue of nerve damage; acupuncture can significantly reduce infarct volume of ischemic brain tissue, and needling acupuncture 1d 7d relatively good results; EA can effectively reduce the AIF expression in hippocampus of rats with cerebral infarction and Endo G protein and 7d compared with the acupuncture needle 1d,7d acupuncture reduced more apparent. |
