| Objective:to observe Compound Bismuth Aluminate Granules to gastric ulcer (GU) model rats serum PGE2, pathological and histological changes of CGRP, GAS levels, and discusses Compound Bismuth Aluminate Granules impact on the quality of GU healing effect, and its possible mechanism.Methods:method of acetic acid were applied to establish the rat model of GU, 20 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group (0.9% Nacl), model group(0.9% Nacl), rabeprazole group (1.8 mg/kg/d), and Compound Bismuth Aluminate Granules group (1.8 mg/kg/d rabeprazole+0.23 g/kg/d Compound Bismuth Aluminate Granules) 2 groups, each group of five, in addition to the normal group, model group 2 ml saline lavage, the rest four groups to intervene their drug 2 ml lavage,1 times a day. Usually 2 weeks later, the observation group rats, gastric mucosal pathology, serum PGE2, CGRP, the change of GAS content, etc.Results:(1) model group visible large deep concave ulcer gastric mucosa, yellow moss, mucosal hyperemia edema around the obvious, clear difference compared with normal group. (2) Compound Bismuth Aluminate Granules group of GU model rats in the general situation and pathological status has improved, better than the model group and rabeprazole groups; Normal group in the rat gastric mucosa hierarchy clear, epithelial tissue structure is complete, a gland basic neatly arranged. Model group rats with gastric mucosa epithelial tissue defect is apparent, submucosa shows a large number of inflammatory cells infiltration and a small amount of granulation tissue hyperplasia, cystic expansion of the glands. Rabeprazole group mucosal epithelium did not complete the repair, mucosal muscularis defects, inflammatory cells infiltration, visible cystic expansion of the gland. Compound Bismuth Aluminate Granules group rat gastric mucosa epithelial repair relatively completely, mucosal muscularis defect less, less inflammatory cells infiltration, increased thickness of regenerated mucosa, cystic expansion of the number of gland less. (3) Compound Bismuth Aluminate Granules group can control GU model rats serum PGE2, CGRP, GAS levels, compared with the rabeprazole group and model group significantly (P< 0.01).Conclusion:Compound Bismuth Aluminate Granules can improve GU model rat gastric mucosa pathological state, regulating the content of serum levels of PGE2, CGRP, GAS, and better than the model group and rabeprazole, analysis will know Compound Bismuth Aluminate Granules ulcer the curative effect of the function and regulation of GU rats serum PGE2, CGRP, GAS levels, Compound Bismuth Aluminate Granules by increasing model of rat serum PGE2, CGRP, reduce the GAS content could be one of the play to the role of the effect mechanism. The results show that the combined use of Compound Bismuth Aluminate Granules superior effect to improve the quality of ulcer healing, for clinical treatment and a combination of GU will ty provided experimental basis in order to improve the curative effect. |
