Research Of The Individual Compound Granules Based On Decoction

Objective:Based on Differential-Treatment Chinese herb decoction.it’s a new form of improvement and innovation for decoction to carry on the research about forming-process, transferred rate of effective constituent and Stability of Individual Compound Granules,which will provide key technology for diversified needs of individualized processing services.Methods:The choice of experimental prescriptions is based on Solid content of them.The effects of specific gravity of the physic liquor,the speed of the liquid to enter, inlet temperature and blast volume on the spray drying process of three Prescriptions were inspected by L9 (34) orthogonal experiment with transferred rate of effective constituent, flour yield as well as moisture capacity as the indexes. The feasibility of Individual Compound Granules can be proved by comparing the transferred rate of effective constituent with decoction. Stability test is adopted to study the storage condition and expiration date of Individual Compound Granules.Results:Representative experimental prescriptions are SiNi Decoction, theoretical Solid content 7.71%;and YangxuFeiai Agreement Prescription,theoretical Solid content 12.32%;HuangqiSijunzi Decoction, theoretical Solid content 18.18%.The optimal spraying dry process of SiNi Decoction was as follows:specific gravity of the physic liquor extract was 1.08, inlet temperature was 140℃, the speed of the liquid to enter was 3.7ml/min, blast volume was 0.64m3/min.The optimal spraying dry process of YangxuFeiai Agreement Prescription was as follows:specific gravity of the physic liquor extract was 1.04, inlet temperature was 150℃, the speed of the liquid to enter was 3.7ml/min, blast volume was 0.64m3/min.The optimal spraying dry process of HuangqiSijunzi Decoction was as follows:specific gravity of the physic liquor extract was 1.06, inlet temperature was 160℃, the speed of the liquid to enter was 6.7ml/min, blast volume was 0.64m3/min. Analysisi by synthesis,the commomly-used spraying dry process of Individual Compound Granules is an follows:specific gravity of the physic liquor extract is 1.04, inlet temperature is 160℃, the speed of the liquid to enter is 3.7ml/min, blast volume is 0.64m3/min.Amonium glycyrrhetate and solidriside are chosed as effective constituent and their HPLC Detection methods are built by referring to Chinese Pharmacopoeia and some literatures.It turns out that the transferred rate of amonium glycyrrhetate in SiNi Decoction is 38.75%,in SiNi Decoction Individual Compound Granules is 31.97%, retention rate of amonium glycyrrhetate in SiNi Decoction Individual Compound Granules is 82.50%; the transferred rate of solidriside in YangxuFeiai Agreement Prescription Decoction is 72.35%,in YangxuFeiai Agreement Prescription Individual Compound Granules is 59.85%,retention rate of solidriside in YangxuFeiai Agreement Prescription Individual Compound Granules is 82.72%; the transferred rate of amonium glycyrrhetate in HuangqiSijunzi Decoction is 17.59%,in HuangqiSijunzi Decoction Individual Compound Granules is 15.35%, retention rate of amonium glycyrrhetate in HuangqiSijunzi Decoction Individual Compound Granules is 87.27%.PET/AL/PE composite membrane is used to packaging Individual Compound Granules. Under the condition of accelerated stability test,which means tempreture 40℃±2℃, relative humidity 75%±5%, Individual Compound Granules could still be Stable.transferred rate of effective constituent did not deline; the Dissolubility was well, moisture content almost did not rise; Bacteria, molds, yeasts could nearly be found.While Individual Compound Granules could also be Stable under the condition of long-term stability test,which means tempreture 30℃±2℃, relative humidity 65%±5%.Conclusion:The foundation of Forming-process and quality control standards of Individual Compound Granules is to provide important parameter and Strong technical support for the popularize of it,and to provide more thinking and methods for individual deep processing of Chinese herb decoction.
