| Objective:By comparing the clinical effect of the component of activating blood and resolving stasis combined Western medicine with the clinical effect of pure Western medicine in ET treatment, evaluated the treatment of integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine and observed the clinical efficacy, finally to confirm whether the component of activating blood and resolving stasis combined Western medicine can help ET treatment. Methods:The research cases were from inpatients and outpatients in Hematology Department of Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM during February 2015 to January 2016, the participants totally included 30 ET cases, according to patients’intention and clinical practices, using the component of activating blood and resolving stasis combined Western medicine treatment and pure Western medicine treatment respectively, and according to the different treatments, these patients were divided into the group of integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine (ITCWM) and the group of Western medicine (WM), as a course of treatment for 4 weeks, observed 2 courses. Index, including the peripheral blood platelet counts, the scores of traditional Chinese medical syndrome and overall response rates observed, then assessed the clinical effects of the component of activating blood and resolving stasis combined Western medicine in ET treatment preliminary. Results:The group of ITCWM (19 cases):using the component of activating blood and resolving stasis combined Western medicine in ET patients for 2 courses, the platelet counts decreased (674.63±238.69) to (563.32±169.72)×109/L; the scores of TCM syndrome fell from (8.64±3.02) to (2.24±0.89); according to the TCM syndrome efficiency standard, there were 2/19 cases being clinically relieved,12/19 cases being markedly improved,3/19 cases being effective, and the overall response rate of TCM syndrome was 89.47%; according to the Western medicine efficiency standard, there were 1/11 cases being effective,3/11 cases being partial effective, and the overall response rate was 21.05%. The group of WM (11 cases):using pure Western medicine treatment in ET patients for 2 courses, the platelet counts decreased (698.45±305.02) to (609.18±334.26)×109/L; the scores of TCM syndrome fell from (15.73±5.08) to (14.00±4.20); according to the TCM syndrome efficiency standard, there were 0/11 cases being clinically relieved,0/11 cases being markedly improved,2/11 cases being effective, and the overall response rate of TCM syndrome was 18.18%; according to the Western medicine efficiency standard, there were 1/11 cases being effective,3/11 cases being partial effective, and the overall response rate was 27.27%.Conclusion:The component of activating blood and resolving stasis on the basis of Western medicine in ET treatment had certain effects, the patients’peripheral blood platelet counts in the group of ITCWM decreased more obviously than the ones in the group of WM, at the same time, clinical symptoms were effectively relieved, the treatment of the component of activating blood and resolving stasis combined Western medicine had the advantages of high safety, economy, less side effects and higher compliance in patients, and had clinical application prospects. |
