| Objective:Along with the population aging, older rheumatoid arthritis was increasing. Older rheumatoid arthritis was rheumatism autoimmune disease characterized by common and frequently-occurring diseases,the main study by observed the main symptom of elderly rheumatoid arthritis and laboratory tests changes before and after treatment, index from two aspects of theory and clinical, explored clinical treatment of older rheumatoid arthritis, clarify YE Tianshi founded the "reguar disease" doctrine on elderly rheumatoid arthritis has theoretical guidance, and applyed method of dredging differentiation older rheumatoid arthritis has good curative effect.Method:The 40 cases met the inclusion criteria for older rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups,in which the treatment group 20 cases,the control group 20 cases,2 month of each treatment,in both groups medication 1 treatment,according to the main symptoms and signs and laboratory indicators of changes in the comparative study before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions evaluated.Result: The treatment group,the total effective rate was 90.00%,in the control group was 70.00%,the two groups P<0.05,have significant difference.The combination treatment group of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine can better improve the clinical symptoms,the clinical presentations,ESR and CRP index in syndrome type of older rheumatoid arthritis.Conclusion:The treatment group of older rheumatoid arthritis,there is a genuine effect,can significantly improve clinical symptoms and CRP,ESR and other laboratory parameters,clinical has good application prospects. |
