| ObjectiveThis study is to explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment with periodic methods on hyperplasia of mammary glands, and to compare with traditional acupuncture methods, and to explore the new method for the treatment of breast hyperplasia more effective, safe and convenient.MethordsAccording to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, we selecte 60 outpatient cases of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture clinic and breast surgery in Guangdong Province Hospital. They are randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the envelope. The treatment group adopt acupuncture cycle therapy, Danzhong, Wuyi, Rugen, Zusanli, Jimen as the main points, and the menstrual period as the intermediate point, seven days after the end of menstruation for by later added Taixi, Sanyinjiao, Xuehai; before the onset of the next menstrual period seven days for premenstrual and Hegu, Taichong, Fenglong; control point in the treatment group, the acupoints for treatment group the main acupoint treatment without periodic point selection. A menstrual cycle for a course of treatment, a total of two courses of treatment. After treatment, observe two groups pain score, tumor size score (including tumor size, scope, texture), associated symptoms, total efficiency, hormone levels and follow up. According to the 2002 society of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine breast diseases, the professional committee of the eighth meeting of the curative effect evaluation criterion of evaluation the clinical efficacy of all data, using spssl9 statistical software for statistical analysis. T test and chi square were used to measure the data of the measurement data. According to the alpha=0.05, P<0.05 had statistical significance, there was significant difference in P<0.01. According to the test results to evaluate the clinical efficacy of needle therapy in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Result(1) The overall effect:on the primary outcome, after two courses of treatment, the treatment group were cured,4 cases (13.79%) were cured, 11 cases (37.93%),12 cases (41.38%),2 cases (6.90%), the total effective rate was 93.10%. The control group were cured,2 cases (7.14%),5 cases (17.86%), effective in 16 cases (57.14%), ineffective in 5 cases (17.86%), the total effective rate was 82.14%. Evaluation by rank sum test, P<0.05, prompt treatment group than the control group. The secondary outcome measures, the treatment group were cured,4 cases, 11 cases markedly effective in 13 cases,1 case, the total effective rate was 96.55%; control group cured in 1 case,4 cases were markedly effective in 16 cases,7 cases, total the effective rate was 75%, clinical efficacy rank sum test, P<0.05, it is considered minor clinical efficacy before and after comparison of two groups of patients was statistically significant, suggesting that the cycle treatment group than the control sister.(2) The main symptoms of the efficacy outcome measures:improving aspects of breast pain before treatment was no significant difference (P> 0.05), the two groups after treatment, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that the more traditional cycle therapy acupuncture can better improve the symptoms of breast pain; two in improving the mammary glands compare tumor size, texture, scope, no significant difference (P> 0.05) before treatment, after treatment, the two groups P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that treatment cycle than traditional acupuncture method can better improve breast tumor size, texture and range.(3) The efficacy of the main symptoms of indicators, the two groups to improve the symptoms associated with mammary glands compared with before treatment was no significant difference (P> 0.05), after treatment between the two groups, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that the group is able to improve the treatment of mammary glands in patients with mood changes, menstrual abnormalities, two threatening pain, weak waist and congestion situation.(4) Objective indicators, E2 two groups of patients before treatment, P content compared with no significant difference (P> 0.05), two groups on these two hormones content after treatment, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant; after treatment in the two groups contrast, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that the two treatment techniques can adjust the patient estradiol, progesterone levels, but the treatment group than the control group.(5) In terms of follow-up, period pain therapy group recovered 17 cases, 2 cases of recurrence at follow-up, the recurrence rate of 17.65%; general pain acupuncture group cured 11 patients,6 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate of 54.55%, the recurrence rate of the two groups the chi-square test, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that the long-term efficacy of group therapy cycle in relieving pain in patients with aspects than ordinary acupuncture group. ConclusionIn summary, acupuncture therapy can relieve period pain in patients with breast hyperplasia, reduce tumor size and scope to improve the texture of the mass, with improvement in menstrual disorders and other symptoms, and can regulate hormone levels in patients with benign improve endocrine function, and with more good long-term efficacy in clinically feasible. Statistical analysis suggests that aspects of the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and related indicators improved cycle therapy than ordinary acupuncture group. |
